We are fairly new to the area. Non stop auto was referred to us by a friend and we are so grateful. We have used their services twice now. We highly recommend them. Not only do they do excellent work, they are honest and timely. Joe went above and beyond for us. It is so refreshing to find businesses with people who truly care about their customers. I've been going to this place for a while. Plus rent uhauls from the store inside them whenever I need one. Never again. I just needed a tire swapped out on my rim. Usually $30 and out the door in 15min. This guy just chuckled and said he didn't have time, walked by me and dipped out. Sir. You deserve all the curse words there are. Don't go here. There's better people down the road.

Owning a BMW without a warranty is a financially daunting experience, so when I noticed oil spots in the driveway, procrastination was my first "go to". I had to bite the bullet though and do something. The dealership was out of the question obviously, and reading reviews of other German car repair shops was scary. Most of these guys are very proud of themselves. I found Nonstop via a snail mail advertisement and thought I would give them a shot. The owner very knowledgeable, and he took the time to fully explain my problem in a way I could understand. Not only did he repair the leak, he found another problem and took care of that as well. After the work was done, he picked me up, took me back to his shop and re-coded the computer, deleting some of the annoying BMW nuances and tweaking some other issues that have annoyed me for years. No charge for that!!! In the end, I knew I would have to pay to fix this car but Nonstop was much more reasonable than I expected and the personalized service was second to none!

Let me just say that Joe is the best mechanic I have ever met. He is without a doubt relentless in his pursuit to resolve the types of mechanical problems that no one else seems to be able to fix. Not only is Joe's approach cost effective he usually finds alternative resources for expensive parts, which can dramatically reduce expenses. Case in point: Last year (circa Nov 2019) my 2009 Mercedes CL550 4Matic 2 Door Coupe, broke down for no particular reason, leaving me stranded on Tamiami Trail (HWY 41). I took Lyft home and Joe sent a truck to pick up my car and take it over to his shop located on Fruitvale in Sarasota. I was stressed out by the situation but Joe was cool as a cucumber like this was an everyday occurrence...Joe ultimately resolved the issues quickly, made solid recommendations, made the repairs and had the car back to me the next day and he delivered the car to my residence...I could not be more pleased and will continue to use Joe as my service provider in the future! Thanks again Joe...All the Beast! *****

I was going out of town for a few days and left my car at Non-Stop Auto for repairs. Joe is amazing! He brought me home when I dropped the car off. They did an awesome job on the car and he sent me pics so I knew the car was ready when I returned.He brought the car home and my bill was less than he quoted me. Who does that today????? Love Non Stop Auto!!!

Non stop is by far the best place in town to get your car truck or van fixed. I own a 91 Chevy van that I needed ready for a cross country trip, and they did everything from oil changes to tires, and all the inbetween for a fair and responsible price. The best part about it though is that they were honest with me about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. Trying to find a mechanic that won’t up prices or give you things you don’t need these days seems to be hard, but non stop only focused on what was necessary to make my old van run at peak condition. I’ll be taking all my vehicles here from now on for sure.
