I FOUND ZAC WHILE SEARCHING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX MY HUSBANDS HEATER IN HIS CAR. DIDN'T MEET ZAC IN PERSON, BUT TALKED TO HIM A NUMBER OF TIMES ON THE PHONE, HE WAS VERY PLEASENT,AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME TO US AND FIXED MY HUSBANDS HEATER, MY HUSBANDS VERY PLEASED, AND SAID HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB.HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, AND I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED MY SON TO HIM . I WILL BE REFERRING ANYONE I KNOW TO HIM, THAT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR CAR.THANK YOU SO MUCH ZAC, I AM SO GREATFUL THAT I FOUND YOU, BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS NOT WELL ENOUGH TO FIX IT HIMSELF. I can not even rate this guy Zach and I give him a 0. He has had our Mercedes for over a year and the car is not fixed yet. He keeps telling us I am working on it and we have gone to the business several times and the business is a house with no garage etc. The engine is out and the car is sitting in a driveway. We have called him several times and text him he will not call us back. We will have to go and file charges against him. I give him a zero. He will not answer our texts and if he does he promises us the car will be finished and it is not. I have several texts with his promises that the car will be done. Also when we went to look at the car at his business address the car had a dent in the door that was not there. Please do not trust this guy at all. I really don't see how people give him a rating at all and I hope this doesn't happen to them. We have given him every opportunity to get the car done and get excuse after excuse. He was also already paid for the job and the car was towed 2 times and we had to pay for that and once impounded and we had to get it out. Please beware of this business at all costs. I am giving him until this weekend and then going to the prosecutor's office and filing charges. He won't answer my calls or text now so hopefully he sees this review and makes this right. All we want is the car fixed that we paid him for and the dent in the door fixed that was done in his possession. It really upsets me that he is working on everybodys else car but ours. I will update this review with the outcome. It is now Monday 4/15 and still have not heard from him. I am really glad he is working on everyones else car but ours that he has had over a year. Enough is enough Zach you need to call us immediatly. Update 5/23 it has now been a month and the car is still not done. He texts back and states it will be done and now he is not anwsering any text at all. This is so sad and we will have to go to the BBB and file charges against him. Please for your own sake do not use this guy at all and like a said I give him a O. NOTE UPDATE. OUR CAR IS STILL NOT DONE IF ANYONE IS READING THE REVIEWS PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF. Zach, If you are truely sorry as you stated in your response then you would anwser our phone calls???????????????? I want the car done and I expect a call from you this is getting bad. IT IS NOW 8/20/24 AND THE CAR IS STILL NOT DONE????? IT IS NOW 9/5 AND THE CAR IS NOT DONE EVERYTIME I CALL HIM HE HAS A EXCUSE HE TOLD ME TODAY IT WOULD BE THE END OF THE WEEK. I WILL UPDATE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU. IT IS NOW 9/12 AND HE HAS NOT FIXED MY CAR YET. MY HUSBAND JUST WENT TO THE FACILITY AND THE ENGINE IS ON THE GROUND AND THE DENT IN THE DOOR THAT HE DID IS STILL THERE. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS GUY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE. WE ARE NOW GOING TO FILE CHARGES AND HIRE A LAWYER. HE GAVE US NO CHOICE. Wow a reply back Zach?? How about fixing my car you was paid for. Ok it is now 10/24/24 and my car is still not done? Zach you need to reply and call myself or my husband since you don't return calls this is getting really bad. How do you sleep at night knowing you do people this way??? Just know Karma going to get you. PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS AND DON'T USE HIM HE IS A LIAR AND WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB AND HAS EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. You been serve. Update 1/30/25 took him to court and of course he did not show up. Can't wait for the law to catch him. Funny how some people putting good reviews for this guy and he is working on other people's car but not ours he has had our car now almost 2 yrs. I'm sure the good reviews are made by his friends because this guy is a crook.

I needed to have my radiator replaced in a hurry and Zach saved my butt. He came to my work, diagnosed the issue, then scoured the area to find me the best deal on the new part. He then changed the part out in my work parking lot, as it was pouring rain, as I was able to go along with my day. He quoted me an exceptional price, and we’ve already discussed him helping me with a few other small issues in the near future. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Paid him to fix my coolant leak, he did change some parts in my car that were needed for my roadtrip but left my car leaking oil and coolant leak was never fixed. This was three months ago and I’ve been calling him every day to seal my oil pan and he says that he’s coming by every day and never does. Now i have to leave for vacation tomorrow. He will lie to you and have you adjust your schedule/take off work just to not show up EVERY DAY. DO NOT GET SERVICE WITH THIS MAN. Plus my tire compressor went missing after he worked on my car.

I called to get my brakes fixed. He asked me to send my information and what I needed I did and it never received a response. I called back a second time and he told me that he will give me a call back shortly to schedule a time. I never received a call. I called back a third time to see if he could do it he was drunk and told me to send him my information again and he will be on his way. I sent the information and still no mechanic.

Excellent Service . I needed to have my car ready for a 14 hr drive , he pulled up at 11pm to accommodate me and fix my car. Super reliable, friendly & efficient. He’s definitely my new mechanic & good at what he does! You won’t be disappointed . Wheel bearing hub & cv axle done in 2 hrs & done right!

I can’t compliment this guy enough. We were in a pretty dire situation and he went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he help us to find the most affordable part but he also came to our house around 9:30 at night and fixed our car on his day off. He is a hard worker with a good heart! He also fixed other minor issues with the electronics in the car, out of the goodness of his heart, before I could blink. 100% recommend.

I did give you 5 stars to begin with but my car still sounds like the bearings weren't even changed and still shakes really bad since you worked on it. Since it's been several weeks I'm assuming you weren't coming to check out your work like you said you were going to, to make sure you didn't do something wrong. I know it's possible bc you yourself said you put my brake pad on backwards. I'm taking it to have bearings checked that you changed and if they're damaged bc you did something wrong then I'm taking you to civil court.

This guy is a blessing! My son was stranded and he came to where he was and worked in 90 degree temperatures to fix his truck! Very reasonable price and very fast! Its comforting to know trustworthy people are out there! I will be calling him in the future!
