My experience was a singular event that spanned 3 weeks. There was a recent open airbag recall on my vehicle, I scheduled an appointment, later that day, I was informed they would need to order the new part, and will contact me when it arrives in typically a week. 9 days later I decided to call and check up on it, wondering why it's taking longer than usual. However, the part had already arrived so I was able to schedule another appointment 2 weeks later. For a driver's airbag fail to deploy warranty. Very unsafe situation, since it's my only vehicle and I drive it daily to work and back, the fact that the airbag would fail to deploy should I need it to was concerning. Long story short, if they aren't making money from you or your vehicle (aka warranty) you're the last on their list, disregarding any safety hazards. I cannot rate lower than 1, however if I were given the option, I'd rate a negative 10. Find another Nissan dealership owned by a separate corporation regardless of distance.

Really have no complaints. I have a service contact from my car purchase, so my oil change and tire rotations are free. They always do a multipoint inspection and usually have recommended services they/Nissan would like to "up sell" you into but they don't pressure you into them. I make my appointment online which is easy and depending upon what I'm having done the wait time is reasonable. The service coordinators are always nice and friendly to talk with.

The last 4 times we've taken the vechile in rework was needed. I don't think the mechanics are driving the vechiles or testing the "fixed" vechiles throughly. The work done is always a disappointment. Never have I recieved a discount due to mutiple trips due to work not being completed as promissed. Very disappointed

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found a leaking rear seal. Repaired it via warranty and since that warranty was covered basically the 30,000 service ($650) turned into only $105. So I guess it just pays to have a car under a warranty if you can afford it.

I don't necessarily want to fault this dealership as much as I think it may be Nissan, but lack of communication from the dealership leaves me not really knowing. I bought an Altima about 2 years ago from here. I got the extended warranty, service package.... Everything I possible could. I've had so many issues with this car, some I reported as I drove it off the lot and then came right back for and others have happened over the years. My warranty hasn't covered any of these issues, but one. The only reason that was covered was because I called Nissan directly and did all the leg work. Even then they would only cover a part of the cost. Other issues I've talked to the service managers about every time I come in for an oil change and for over a year now I get told that they have been trying to contact Nissan to see if my issue could be covered. But I never hear anything back so I've given up. I plan to trade this thing in in about 6 months and I really don't think I'll be going with another Nissan and if I do, I'm going to a different dealership. Sorry guys, I know I'm not your only customer, but I deserve a little bit of communication even if it's only to say sorry, they won't cover it.

I have taken my Rogue to Mentor Nissan since I purchased it. Always happy with the service. This last time I was having trouble with the heat in the car. I was told the the diagnostic test said it was the HVAC . So they said that was 800 dollars. Of course you need heat so I said ok. When they went in to replace it , it was not the hvac but the blend door. They proceeded to replace the hvac that had nothing wrong with it and told me the blend door fix would be 3600 dollars. If the part was not broke do not replace it for 800 dollars. This was my third car from Nissan and will be my last, also I will never have my car serviced there again. Very disappointed after taking it in every 3 to 6 months for years for service. An update. Nissan called and tried to make things right. All in all it still cost me 3,000 dollars to fix my car , but they gave me a little discount and I guess did there best to help out. Moral of the story...contact the manager and he was very happy to help.

Service has always been good. Because it is not such a large facility sometimes there have been times I have left the car for a wait before service was rendered but the work has always been good and the car returned freshly washed.

Had some battery problems with my 22 Rogue, at first I wrote a bad review, cause I felt I was getting the run around, Mark and Jarod contacted me, gave me a rental cause my car would have been tied up for 4 hours for testing. Set up an appointment to get a spare key made. When I arrived the service worker informed us that the key maker is broken and will be fixed sometime this week. I asked why I was not informed this before I made my appointment. It would of saved me a trip. Not to impress with the service department on how they communicate to their staff.

You need to make an appointment for service. Wait for your car or have them text you when ready for pickup.
