⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from James Rushing! I can’t say enough good things about James Rushing at the Tom Peacock Nissan Service Department! From start to finish, James was incredibly helpful and professional. He made sure my husband and I were always informed about what was going on with our vehicle. His communication was excellent—whether it was explaining the details of the repairs, the timeline, or the costs, James kept us in the loop every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, and James truly sets the standard. We are so grateful for his help and will definitely be returning to Tom Peacock Nissan for future service needs. Highly recommend!

11/24- $100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE? Felt absolutely hustled and blind sided by the charge, when it was $80 the last time I visited (even that was too high) and $60 before that, all in a year's time. I waited for almost 2hrs. I could've just went to Take 5 and pay them $80 and be out in 10mins. The south location only charges $70 so I don't understand or find $100 justifiable for an oil change. After asking my advisor for an explanation all he could say is that the new Director changed the prices and all he could do was offer me a free oil change on my next visit, which I declined. I absolutely cannot support what they are doing here, and it might just be $120 by February. No thanks. He should've definitely notified me about the increase when I arrived since he agreed that the price was ridiculous and that many customers have been unhappy. If this is a way to deter customers, let them know when they arrive. $100 and a 2 hr wait time??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Luego del último servicio que realice, mi radio se reinicia constantemente y me quieren cobrar casi $200 adicionales para realizar un diagnóstico qué ya aparece en el historial del auto, solo deben actualizar el Update y no lo quieren hacer.

Great service. Waiting area is clean. 2021. 11/2/2024- i don't know what happened since 2021 but my last 3 visits the waiting time for just a oil change has been 2 hours except today, 3 1/2 hours. For the last hour I looked around for my car, founding out that my car has been ready for over an hour. The rep who checked me in has been talking to a female customer for over an hour by my count. The other two people who came in after me have already left, they also got oil changes. I have been asked why I stopped coming after 2021...this is the reason, slow service, i mean wow.

I was greatly disappointed to get there and be told that it would take over a week for someone to do diagnostics on my vehicle after my appointment was accepted. Although I was offered the option of renting a car, I felt that the lack of communication was disheartening

Bought a battery that died and was still under warranty. I was told I could not just bring the battery in and that they won't honor the warranty unless I bring the car in as well. But the battery is dead. So, I would have to tow the car there. Makes no sense. How does anyone ever use their warranty for their battery? I expressed my frustation to the person over the phone and was told that the battery did good to last that long. I won't be buying batteries from them again.

Me and my sisters car needed some urgent work on our cars. My sisters advisor was Carlos Flores, the whole time her car was in there it was great, all thanks to Carlos! He helped us out so much, explained in detail everything that was going on and kept us updated the whole time. They fixed the car super quick (we thought it was going to take way longer). When my car got issues, I payed a tow service from Katy all the way to this service center and made sure Carlos would be my advisor. And again it was smooth sailing, he was awesome! Car was out quick, and I felt so happy with the whole service from beginning to end. Thanks for everything Carlos! Will for sure recommend this service center and Carlos to others, and now gained a loyal customer!

Juegan con el tiempo de la gente le mandan supuestamente premios y hasta citas le hacen por telefono como que calificas al premio ofertado y cuando llegas alli es puro cuento lo que quieren es vender, con el tiempo de la gente no se juega busquen otra forma de vender

Oil change service took 4 hrs to complete, when asked for a shuttle, the guy looked like he was in a hurry doing 80 mph, did a rolling stop, and turning curves at high speed... Hours laters called to check up on the car the guy said " uhh.. yeah I was going to call. Your car is ready"... 2mins before the dealership closed. Was quoted $73 for an oil change, i had a voucher for a complimentary oil change up to$45, when I showed up to pay they charged me $53. Math isn't adding up. ALSO, they didn't resent the oil life 😐 Overall, poor service
