NISSAN of Lawton certainly makes owning a Nissan special. It's weekend technician for oil changes is very professional. The waiting area is quite comfortable with plenty of refreshments available.

These folks ignore Nissan bulletins on recalls. They would not just apply the Nissan fix for a recall. Had an old recall fix fail, (wire became pinched after 4yr) and instead of just replacing the wire harness, they undid the lamp relay bypass and claimed the install was the issue. Sure enough it didn't fix my problem, cable was still pinched. Failed less then 24hrs later, took it back, they had it for 2 days and claimed they fixed the pinched wire. They did not replace the wiring harness, just "fixed" the pinch. Vehicle is now stuck again. I will be ordering the harness myself and installing it per the Nissan recall bulletin since they refuse to. Also they stated my CVT threw codes and that was the issue but no check engine lights, no one else can pull those codes they claim my vehicle had. 72k miles on the car.

My son took his car here. They had it for a whole month!!!! And still when he bought it home they broke something else. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! Service and communication are absolutely horrible. Should of listen to my friends. Funny how all theses reviews are from 3 years ago or more
