Worst service center. They will rip you apart and price gouge the service price by several hundred or thousand dollars. Showroom repair costs much cheaper than the repair at this shop. Also the diagnostics they provide are worthless and not accurate. We visited them for a intermittent issue in truck, and they claimed it was an issue with BCM and replaced it. Then again they claimed the PCM is also bad and replaced it. After that they again claimed that the steering rack went bad and will cost $4000 at least to fix it. When we declined it, they gave a bill for $1200 for diagnostics by keeping the truck with them for 2 weeks. We took our truck to the Ford service center and they found out that the issue is with a faulty wiring which costed $150 to replace including labor. !! Don’t fall victim to this place !!
