Called them got a recording. Left a message and my number. Crickets. Called again, again, the machine answered. Left my name and number again and again....crickets. I'd rate them ZERO on customer service. Went elsewhere for the work.

If you want to do business with a real Master Mechanic/Technician , then Ruben at NGT Automotive is your place. I've done business with him for over 10 years. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. He is not a salesman who turns a $100 car repair into a $1000 repair nightmare. He is Honest, Reliable, and Reasonable. If repair cost $$, then it cost $$, if it's offered cheaper elsewhere, then you're being set up. I have a friend who drives up from Corpus to leave her Lexus with him to work on! His wife runs the office, so ladies you are safe from being 'ripped off' from repair scams. This is a family business run with integrity, competence, and a solid reputation. No one else touches my vehicles!

If you've been to a lot of garages, you'll realize that they are simply incredibly professional, patient, and reasonably priced. The only downside is that you might have to wait in line because they really spend a lot of time on your car and they really take fixing it too seriously.

I highly recommend NGT automotive to anyone seeking a reliable and cost efficient spot to get your car fixed. Reuben and his staff do excellent work and ensure your car is in good shape. The receptionist is also very friendly and goes over a break down of costs to ensure the customer has a good understanding of what they are paying for. As a single mom, it is important for me to be able to trust a company to do good work, and at a reasonable price. NGT automotive is the only place I have taken my car for years and I plan to continue to do so.

I had an issue with my Hyundai and Ruben and the rest of the crew got a 6 day job done in 3 days, quick prompt and upfront on everything. No issues with anything they do. Honesty and integrity are obvious in what they do here. This shop is who I'm going to make my permanent mechanic.

If you’re looking for a family-run business that does things the right way, this is the place. Direct quotes, “if there’s little things I can do to help a customer save money, why not?” Lets you know about things that aren’t yet broken, but may need replacing in the future (and gives you a timeline.) Will certainly be returning here with my vehicle and recommending to friends!

Although the repairs on my vehicle were expensive, I received the correct diagnosis and approved other work to be done. I had a mobile mechanic come to the house which cost me $100.00 and the problem was not fixed. I believe that NGT offers honest and reliable work. Javier.

Este lugar a sido el más preciso en cuanto al diagnóstico y reparación de mis carros, en verdad es lugar muy confiable con personal amable y su dueño Rubén te va a explicar el problema de tu carro y lo que se le tendrá que hacer. For a little unknown out of the way place these guys are really awesome. Ruben does a fantastic job and he does what he says he's going to do. I immediately went back for a second repair and they took care of that promptly also. I would recommend these guys to anybody anytime.
