Was referred here by a friend and worked with Jaycee on a new set of wheels and tires. While we did not move forward with wheels, the whole process was great! Jaycee was very responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend NL Customs for automotive work!

OUTSTANDING COMPANY HANDS DOWN!!!!! I am funny about where I take my car. I ordered some rims from them and they came on time. They took the time to discuss the process and give me exactly what I want it. They even made suggestions about getting my calibers painted and I am glad I listen to them. They look awesome. JC, George and the Next Level crew get 110% approval from me. I will not go anywhere else to get work done. They also call you and let you know when your stuff comes in. They got me done in one day when it should have taken two days. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone was really nice and friendly. They really care about the quality of work they do I was truly blown away when I saw my car. I will definitely tell all my Mason and divine nine fraternity brothers to come here for their vehicle needs if they need custom work. Terrible job on detail. Got glue on my diffuser and it was not mounted flush. Did not bleed brakes correctly which almost caused a few accidents. Went to the dealership to get it fixed. Every time I went in I always got the run around. Never gave me my receipt of 2k+ work that was done. Stay far away, if you care about your life and property.. place ran is by crooks..

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but the more I think about how I was overcharged AND had my rim damaged I can’t help but leave this review and never step foot in this business again. I paid $100 for them to mount and balance one 22in tire and put wheel spacers (Regular old hub-centric spacers that I provided) on the front of my car. Less than a year ago I paid $125 to have these same 4 rims mounted and balanced as well as had TMPS sensors installed and programmed. That’s quite a jump in price and honestly it’s insane to pay that much to mount one tire and install spacers, but I know them for quality work, so I didn’t make it an issue. I went outside and looked at the wheel they just mounted the tire on and it’s scratched all the way around. The only thing that they had to say was that their machine couldn’t do something like this. So what, I did it? What about the machine operator? What could I do to create these type of scratches? The same scratch over and over again? Mind you my black wheels are dirty. They are covered in brake dust, but these brand new clear coat scratches and chips are mixed in with mounting paste and sticking out on every spoke of the wheel. They offered to have someone fix the wheel, but the lack of accountability feels too much like disrespect. I guess they think I’d bring a damaged wheel to them to save myself $150 getting them fixed all while paying them $100 to mount a tire. I’m not out to scam anyone, but that’s what lack of accountability feels like. I don’t need any handouts from anyone let alone a business that disrespects my character and can’t admit when they messed up. I’ll pay for my own repairs and find a more responsible establishment for my future wheel and tire work.
