Truly this review is way overdue. My first interaction with Next Gen was by referral. Had a Honda Odyssey van I purchased (used) Had driven it out on the dirt roads of Marana one day, the next week it started slipping gears and stuck in a gear ( speed limited to about 25-35) when I finally took it into Next Gen they explained there would be and inspection charge of aprox $ 75.. It was some kind of electronic transmission box that I had bumped ( nudged ). The inspection fee was deducted from the cost of that part and the repairs totaled less than a $100. I was floored and so grateful. They ( Jerrod, Truth, Sharly) are honest in their work ethic but also their care for the clients' interests. We bring all our cars to them with no hesitation! Btw they don't do transmissions anymore.

We have lived in five different states in the past 25 years and Next Generation is without a doubt, the best and FAIREST automotive business we have dealt with. We have had four vehicles, all over 10 years old, serviced from Next Generation. They consistently do not over sell their services, almost always come under their estimates, and never had we had to return the vehicles for something missed with the initial service. Their mechanics are personable and explain what's happening and why in simple terms. I've never experienced a place of business that treats their service as if it's their car being worked on. The office staff is equally as nice and helpful. Don't hesitate with "Next Gen"; they are a cut above any mechanic/automotive business we've dealt with.

A well deserved 5 star. My car had been out of commission for months. I took it to a different auto shop twice and they kept it for weeks each time. Charged me hundreds "couldn't pinpoint the problem" I was about ready to just sell it or junk it. After a recommendation I took it to Next Generation Auto. Explained what I knew about the problem. Left it for a few hours and they called to let me know it just needed new spark plugs. Like seriously that's it! Easy, quick, and inexpensive! Such a relief to have a competent, reliable, trustworthy mechanic after my last experience. They are clear across town from me but if I need work again I will definitely bring my vehicle back. It's been almost a month since the repair and not a single problem since.
