Mike and his team set a very high bar for service, automotive expertise, and empathy for beleaguered traveling motorists. We cannot give enough superlatives for the care and service Next Generation Auto Repair & Emission provided to us. We were in a real pinch when our emergency parking brake handle broke leaving us stuck in our cross country trip. Parking brake engaged and no way of releasing it. Mike diagnosed the problem, we were instructed how to disengage the brake cables under the chassis so we could get to Next Generation Auto Repair without a very expensive towing charge. When we arrived, they were able to reset the stuck brake handle so the alarm would stop driving us crazy. They advised us that since our vehicle a 2021 Ford Transit with about 35K miles on it, the failed part ought to be under warranty, and we could now stay on our travel schedule and take it to the dealership for the warranty work. Expert help and zero greed. Fabulous business.

Bossman himself will lie over the phone, straight to your face,and waste your time, Revised: We scheduled me for Friday the 13th on Tuesday the 10th, and I asked if I could drop off Thursday evening so it would be here Friday for you, you said whenever you’d like is fine, I kept with the initial date of drop off Friday the 13th, you then denied me to drop it off at 2:30pm saying you filled the slot… not very professional, I’m sure there’s a shop who values their word, and customers time.👍

I have brought each of our family’s Ford vehicles to Next Generation Auto. Each time they have solved the issues honestly and fairly without overcharging. And they’ve had multiple chances to charge more, but have addressed everything with integrity seemingly rarely seen in the industry. I’d recommend anyone bringing their vehicles here to get an honest look and recommendation to your auto problems. Really appreciate the help!

I have been coming to Next Generation Auto Repair since 2022 with my first car. I always get great service, honest communication, and very fair pricing with Mike and Ashley. Now that I am on my second car, I will continue to take all my cars here if I have any issues that needs fixing. This shop is the only place that I have been to that performs quality work and has integrity. The mechanics know their Hondas and Infinitis for sure.

I brought my 4runner in to get the transmission serviced a while back and super happy with the work Mike has provided. He also glanced over to make sure everything else is in working order and very thorough. Recently I noticed my AC is not as strong as it used to be this past summer so I will be bringing that in to have it serviced as well. I usually work on my own vehicles but when it goes beyond that, I trust the work at Next Gen and that is my first choice.

This place is the real deal. I called Mike to bring my Tundra in for a battery diagnosis, and they ran a scan to determine the problem. They had the battery sent to the shop, and the work was done in less than twenty minutes. They provide excellent customer service and explain everything. I really appreciate how accommodating the team was for me. Ashley and Mike are incredible folks. The technician took his time to diagnose the issue. I'm so happy I found my new shop to bring my truck and Jeep.

As the daughter of a mechanic, I have a hard time trusting mechanics who are not my father. These guys, though, have completely earned my trust and business! They diagnosed the reason for my check engine light quickly, and they were honest about the extent of the problems. They even offered alternative solutions to help make the repairs more affordable! I will be referring all of my friends here for their mechanical needs in Phoenix, and I’ll be using them in the future for all of my car repair needs. Believe the reviews when they say that these guys are honest and trustworthy!

Brought a truck f150 for timing system replacement due to bad tensioner and guides had horrible chain slap randomly on start up and low end rpm was told at this shop that my truck needed a new engine for 10k cause it seemed like it was rod knock so i took it to another shop they fixed it for 400$

Finally I am Glad I found someone on whom I can rely upon for my vehicle servicing needs. I reached out to Next Gen for vehicle inspection, upon seeing good reviews. Ashley helped me fix my appointment and was helpful in explaining the process. I was in Phoenix on a holiday from Canada when my AC stopped working properly so I checked around and started calling places. I called Next Generation on a Saturday expecting to just leave a message. Mike had answered the phone and he had said they were closed but took the time to listen to what my issues were with my vehicle. He said they were busy on Monday but was able to get me in at 9am. I dropped it off with Mike who remembered talking to me on Saturday. I received a call back from Ashley who was friendly and knowledgeable as well. She explained the quote to me and gave me some options. Warranty for the work was nationwide in the USA but not covered in Canada which was a concern. Ashley and Mike were very understanding of that fact. They asked if I wanted the AC charged but explained that because there was a leak they could not guarantee how long it would last. I chose not to get it done. Ashley and Mike said they totally got it. I went to pick up my vehicle and paid for my diagnostics that had been done. Ashley passed me my keys and said that Mike had charged my AC system at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised and so impressed by the nice gesture that Mike did in an attempt to help me out since it was so hot in Phoenix knowing we were gonna be there another 10 days in a 110 degree weather with no AC. I found Mike and Ashley genuine and honest people which is so rare to find these days! Mike is one of a very few mechanics that I have met that are about helping people not taking advantage of them. I cannot express how impressed I was with both Mike and Ashley! Thank you guys so much. I would highly recommend Mike as he is knowledgeable and honest!!

Ashley and Mike were over the top amazing!! After 3 years of going to a mechanic who could never even diagnose what was wrong with our car Mike did it in one day!! So much wrong with it we feel so lucky we found Next Generation!! Now she runs like a champ and is safe to drive! We are relieved and grateful to find mechanics who know their stuff! I brought in my 2004 Camry because of a check engine/maintenance light. Mike and his team examined the car and let me know it was just a maintenance light. Only needed an oil change.
