Dan has been exceptional and has been super with availability. I needed a weekend appointment (Sunday) because I was traveling and he made it happen. I had something go wrong last night and was able to do the service the next day on Saturday. He knows all cars and is trained on luxury cars as well. He is my go to for BMW, Mazda and Honda. I highly recommend to anyone needing service of any type.

I Met Daniel at a local auto part store. I was having trouble with my 2012 Chevy Silverado. Daniel overheard the guy at the counter tell me what the code on my truck was reading. I asked the guy at the counter if he knew of anyone who could fix my truck and he referred Daniel. He just happened to be in there getting parts. I asked him about my truck. We walked outside and he looked at it and told me he could fix it. He went and got his tools. Fixed it on the spot. He was Very Nice and Very Personable. Professional Service. If you know what you need done and/or it's something routine that can be done in one sitting and isn't time-sensitive, Next Gen is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and friendly. If you have a broken car that you're trying to get back to roadworthiness ASAP (as was my case), all of the above still applies but you're gonna get used to waiting. After attempt #1 to get my car running, I tried to drive it and it died again on the road. I was luckily able to get it home, but he said that he would come by to have another look at it and, to my knowledge, did not. Later, after coming by to install a part, the check engine light was still on so he gave me a to-do list and told me he would be back in two days to check on it. Two days later, I try to see when he will be coming and get no response. Two days after that (a Friday, so I know this is my last chance before the weekend) I send another message and still receive no response. This was the point where I gave up and had to seek the assistance of a brick and mortar mechanic. I'm not a monster, I strongly support turning off the business phone outside of business hours, and I was understanding when he ran late because of external factors. But what frustrated me was the lack of communication and responsiveness, especially when he said that he would be there and then offered no reason or apology when he was unable to. Again, if you're looking for routine maintenance or a small repair and the matter isn't time sensitive, the convenience of a mobile mechanic can't really be beat and his prices were fair. His work was good - without him, I wouldn't have been able to limp the car to a brick and mortar shop. But for me, the lack of communication and the fact that I eventually still had to seek out a different servicer was the deciding factor in the amount of stars.

Amazing communication, service, and an outright professional through and through. I will recommend their services to all in or outside my circle. I had a deadline and that was met with ample time to get on with my day. Also, great prices!

He hounded me to post a review. I resisted. He seemed shady from the beginning. Cash upfront. Whined he had been taken advantage of (had to listen to a half hour of stories, like it's part of the charm and reasoning) and that was why he needed cash in advance. Can't begin to explain his bank gymnastics. My bank gave HIS bank the money immediately. But HIS bank wouldn't give him the money. Almost $4,000. Tells you something... Had he not been a good friend of a friend, I wouldn't have said OK. It went downhill from there. Terrible communication. Ghosted me for weeks. Held up my brake repair because he said he had to get "Jaguar" brakes. Riiiiiiiiiiiight. LOL What a piece of you-no-what. A year later, I go to get an oil change and I find out I need a new brake job. "After market brakes," on the report, with missing parts. "Thanks for making sure I'm safe, Daniel." I guess he picks and chooses whom he wants to perform good service. "Yay, you," if you get it. Never again. Hope you like your review, Daniel. No conscience, whatsoever. Incredibly disappointed and out of a lot of money. And, by the way, no receipt. Good luck with your experience.

Daniel, came to the house and replaced my starter amongst other parts on my 2010 GMC Acadia. He was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about what was going wrong with my vehicle. Also, the price was more than fair and we had a great talk. I will definitely recommend him to everyone that I encounter. Best service out there in my opinion. Thanks Daniel!

Found Daniel on Google and Im so glad I did. He came out and worked on my wife’s car. Fixed the AC Compressor and changed all my rotors and brakes. Was quick and did a great job. My ac is blowing so cold now I gotta turn it down!!

I enjoyed meeting Daniel but had a very bad experience with my custom Dune Buggy job work this year that was never done and was out the money as well. I lost over 8 months and the entire season and my dune buggy does not still run. He replaced carburetor which didn't specially need to be done but then throttle didn't connect and made the dune buggy not useable. I would strongly suggest not using his company for any custom work as it just never gets anything completely done and you can't get him ahold of him to come back.

I don’t think I could have had a worse experience working with this company. Their communication is extremely poor, they don’t follow up like they said they would, they misdiagnosed the issue and were multiple hours late to both of my appointments. To make all of that worse, my mechanic was the owner of the company. I emailed them a question about my refund 9 days ago and have not received a response. There is zero accountability at this company, the rest of these reviews must be friends and family. Please do yourself a favor and tow your car to a real mechanic shop that actually has some idea on how to do business.

I highly recommend Next Gen Mobile Auto Service!!!! My 2014 Cadillac ATS was in need of repairs. I requested the service through the Nex Gen website. Within minutes, I was quoted with services needed with a price that was affordable. Daniel helped me diagnose a brake issue on my C7 Corvette Grand Sport with the Carbon Ceramic brake package. He also replaced a few radiator hoses on my SRT8 Jeep. Can’t recommend this guy enough. His level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service is superb. Keep it up, Dan!

I met Daniel by chance at Autozone. My battery had just died, and they couldn't help me at that time due to too few staff. Daniel piped up that he'd help me. His big, white truck was parked right out front. I bought a battery, he installed it, and I was on my way within minutes. He's so well known by the AZ staff that they were able to point me to his web-site a week later when my alternator died. Daniel came by my house that day to replace it. Well done! Good guy! Quick service! Can't say enough good about him. I'll send all my work his way.

I’m not gonna say Daniel is a bad mechanic but he’ll lie about what’s wrong with your car then tell you he will refund you the money and that it’ll be in your account within 1-2 business weeks ,you’ll wait 2 weeks and he will say he don’t know what happen and it’s between the banks when really he know what’s going on and 2 months later you’ll still be trying to contact him and he won’t answer and ignore your texts, you’ll have to call from another number to get Daniel to answer the phone. Then he’ll answer and when u tell him your frustrations he’ll act all innocent and confused when in all reality he’s not. This company has stole 620$ from me for a tune up when my engine was just bad and don’t forget they charged me 100$ for a bad diagnostic test. 720$ just to waist.

Nice guy, sure he means well but. I paid 1700 and the issue I wanted fixed is still an issue and my other car is down because he won't awnser or show up to resolve the issue that he caused from changing some spark plugs. If you just need emergency service or something I'm sure he would be great for you.
