This was my second time visiting Newman's automotive. This time was with a different car. Staff is very considerate and professional. Establishment providing me with a detailed description of the necessary repairs. They even included videos of the necessary repairs.

I just moved to Texas with my wife and we needed a state inspection done to get our registration. Newman Automotive was recommended to me by a colleague at work and I must say that Newman Automotive treated me as if I was a customer 20 years. Really great experience and they were able to point out things in my car that I needed to be on the lookout for in great detail.

My Volvo needed new brakes and an air filter and Frederick and Mike were very helpful. They showed me what everything looked like and why it needed to be replaced. I thought the prices were fair and they made sure I approved everything before proceeding. Their customer service was excellent and I was very happy with the work they did. I will definitely keep coming back to them and refer them to family and friends!

The only place I'm taking my car! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a loaner car for free while mine was in the shop so I could still be productive with my day. Prices are fair and the waiting area is very relaxing. They have a beautiful salt water aquarium 🐠

5-star service at Newman’s! Those guys took really good care of me. I had scheduled an AWD alignment, which they did, and I asked about replacing the TPMS sensors since the car has high mileage. They ran a test and said they were all working fine. They also gave me a report on all the systems they inspected. Couldn’t be happier.

Once again, Newman's Automotive is my kind of place. It's family run business with a great vibe, generosity of spirit and high quality work and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I've turned wrenches on my own vehicles for many years, and so I won't let just anybody work on my car. When I need their help and expertise, they're my first call. I won't hesitate to bring my car to them.

I have only just dropped off my super oddball camper van today and I would like to comment that from the initial phone call to when I arrived and spoke with the team, they were respectful, down to earth, understood my situation, and even offered some great life advice! I hope this is a sign of good things to come once they have completed the work. Thanks for all of your kindness/support thus far!! Also, they ordered me a Lyft to where I am staying. 👍👍

I thought they had great customer service at the front desk, but quickly realized the shop is charging inflated pricing and telling me they are giving a discount when compared to surrounding shops, it seemed to the regular going rate, and theirs is still 200-300 dollars more. Dishonest service, please be aware.

Newman’s took my vehicle in I did supply my own OEM parts and they installed badly needed engine mounts and also offered military discount I’m very happy with this business will be taking my vehicle from now on.

Went for an oil change and inspection. They said my car wouldn't pass because of the wiper blades and charged $40 just in labor to replace them. Also, left with an immediate knocking noise in my back left tire. Was afraid to go back and when I took it to another place they said it was missing lug nuts which was not an issue before they had it in there possession for 3 hours. 10/10 don't recommend.
