You should definitely go here for an alignment if you want to pay for it but not have the work done! You’d think a shop would do the service you pay for but that is not the case when you come here….for the alignment anyways. They couldn’t get the bolt off to do the job so they forced it off and broke it and was not able to complete the service but somehow I’m still responsible. If that’s not a red flag then i don’t know what is. Don’t think I’ll ever be going here again! Thanks ed( my neighbor ) Nice to see you treat your friendly neighbors like royalty!

Best auto mechanic experience I've ever had. My cars go to A New Way Auto. My partners take their cars as well. My wife and daughters take their cars to A New Way when I am on travel and there is never a worry. Always honest, equitable and reasonable. They offer complete photo journaling of the repair process, condition of old parts, etc. No shenanigans.

Took care of my wife and kids when I wasn't available. I even asked Ed Ski to assist my 17 yo in buying his first car. Honest, thorough, above and beyond. Timely work, loaner car, walked through the process and showed me what was needed then how they fixed it. I have referred everyone that asks about any kind of auto work needed.
