10/10!! A friend was driving my truck through Birmingham from out of town. He put diesel in the gas tank instead of gasoline. Within an hour new Metro had my truck tow to their location and within three hours of calling them my truck was back on the road! Thankful for their services.

I found this place by doing a quick google search while in the area. I was in dire need because my vehicle wasn't braking correctly. They were pretty busy that day, but they managed to squeeze me in and get me fixed up within a couple of hours. Honest and fair pricing. I will definitely ne back again.

BAD BUSINESS I went there for ac diagnostics I was told it was going to be 50 to 100 dollars when I got there he looked at it and came back said he fixed it that I owed 250 some dollars when I got in the car the air wasnt fixed kept cutting on and off wouldn’t stay cold so I took it back he was trying to charge me another 200 some dollars talking bout I had a bad wire which wasn’t the problem I took the car else where turned out to be just a sensor and when I called nd asked for at least half my money back they didn’t respond .

We had an issue with an after market A/C product on our Sprinter van. We received exceptional and timely service. The issue was fixed. The entire team was very professional and communicated well. I would not hesitate to use New Metro Auto Service again in the future.

This place is horrible. They had my car for over a month fixing an oil leak. 😡 The staff was unprofessional and rude especially the owner. When I picked up my car it has several problems that wasn’t there before taking it there. I will never, never and I mean never go back to this place nor recommend it. I will be taking further actions.

I came in to get my brake pads changed. Service was fantastic. Customer service was just as good as the actual service. I highly recommend. Ameena helped me figure out everything I needed as far as what I needed to get looked at as well as helped me save a lot of money. I appreciate the excellent service.

I had squeaking and squealing chirping sound from under the hood of the car. The problem was taken care of ino time. The S belt needing replacing. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to the dealership! The owner is professional and provided great service. I’ll be using New Metro for all my vehicle needs!

The door was locked. A young lady walked up with 4 customers waiting outside. She never acknowledged we was outside. We waited 15 minutes, and we all left. She was on her cellphone😒

This is a five-star auto repair service not only do they have the expertise to fix whatever your problem is they give you a concise estimate their staff is courteous and knowledgeable they're always on time and I have never in almost a decade of service had an issue or problem with them!!

Very professional and nice... After calling several places for my starter repair... Theirs was the most economical...and if I didn't have the funds to cover the repair they offered a company that I could pay monthly.. yeah it was a win win.
