Got Jaime's number from a friend who has used New Dimension for years. Scheduling was easy, dropped off my car, got a ride home from them and the repairs were done on time and within the estimated costs. Jaime called to advise that my serpentine belt was cracking (sent picture) and consulted me before replacing it. Best car maintenance experience I have had in a long while.

What a hidden gem! Jaime and his team are exceptional - communication was clear and timely and the mechanics clearly know their stuff. Ad if that’s not enough, their prices are fair AND they offer to take you home and pick you up when you have your car serviced with them. And there’s more! They send pictures to support their recommendations, and follow up with your service history for your records! I have never felt such integrity from a repair shop. Both my sweet 2013 Audi and I are impressed! I trust my mechanic. How many people can say that!

Been taking my '17 Highlander to New Dimensions for 2 years now, mainly for oil changes. Priced fairly and good quality job each time, not like my experiences with a couple of chain places. In and out in about an hour. I just had the spark plugs replaced at 80k mi (Toyota recommends at 60k). Good price, and top quality work, and they provided transportation back and forth to my home for this involved job. I'm very comfortable using these folks knowing I'm going to get top quality work at a fair price and convenience besides. I highly recommend New Dimensions Automotive.

I'm an auto dealer and I've been told that I can be a demanding SOB. With that I am very pleased with the results on fixing a problematic Audi Q5 (no small feat). I really appreciate the honesty and communication with the staff … my car needed a very special part the they got with no problem and discussed in detail with photos they had to temove the front of my car to get to the area that needed to be replaced …. After taking my new, Classic Car to J.D Automotive , which was a disaster ( Don’t Go To J.D AUTOMOTIVE). I decided to take my car to New Dimensions for repairs. They assessed my repairs, gave me a timely estimate and set and kept my appointment. My repairs were done solid and very professional.
