Exceptional staff! Jason and Brenda were my first encounter with NAC and helped to set the stage for the amazing customer service I've received. Chevy and Cynthia are now onboard and have been outstanding in their level of customer service they provide too! My family and I have several of our cars needs handled by the talented and hardworking Mechanic team. We're always briefed on the process of necessary repairs and maintenance prior to work being started. Our quotes and repair work is always fair, honest, reliable and well done! I feel very blessed and fortunate to have the peace of mind in knowing our vehicle needs will be well taken care of by the NAC crew! Thank you all for being so wonderful and keep up the excellent work that you all do for all of us🎉!!

I went in for a smog and they recommended multiple different repairs, I always like to get a second opinion and I was glad I did. Turns out I needed none of them. lol good try.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nevada Auto Center. From start to finish, the communication was abysmal. Calls and messages went unanswered, and when I finally got through, the responses were vague and unhelpful. I felt like I had to chase them down for updates on my mother in law’s car. To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. I encountered condescending and dismissive behavior, particularly when discussing the issues with her car. It was clear that our concerns were not taken seriously, and their tone and attitude were, frankly, sexist. Instead of addressing our questions, they seemed more interested in questioning our knowledge simply because we are women. On top of all that, there was no effort to resolve the situation or even apologize for their poor service. I wouldn’t recommend Nevada Auto Center to anyone who values clear communication, respect, or professionalism.

Originally I brought a Groupon for here because I needed my rear break pads replaced , (or so I had hoped it was just pads) turns out I let my rotors go to crap so I needed to replace those as well as my pads. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the $400 to replace them at the moment because I unfortunately had just had to replace my battery and a tire a few weeks prior so I was already treading lightly on spending for the time being. I end up getting someone else to fix it for MUCH cheaper but I still had the Groupon so I returned to this shop and asked if they can just replace my front pads(usually it’s always good to replace all break pads at once right? Or so I’ve been told…) but for whatever reason some guy named Shelby or Chevy or at least that’s how the name sounds tells me that I don’t need new front pads (although I hear them squeaking when I back out of the driveway), and that if he did replace them he was gonna put the cheapest most bottom of the barrel break pads on there that made it squeak even worst or just as bad…??? LITERALLY what he said almost word for word…never in my life have I heard anything like that come from a mechanics mouth… I guess if you don’t have the money to pay them to get your car fixed every time they won’t want to do business with you and will treat you like you’re not a paying customer like everyone else…

10/10 service and care I would highly recommend. After a bitter situation with another car service shop, I went here for a second opinion and help. We ended up repairing the AC unit in my vehicle and after a month everything is still working perfectly. I recently went back in for an oil change and as always the service was friendly, fast and affordable. Will recommend to any friends and family and go here myself moving forward. Thank you Nevada Auto Center!

Had a wheel alignment done. Was told the wait was about an hour. Next thing i know I got a call they had bumped me by one car away. My guess is that that car will generate more money than just a wheel alignment. So I waited over 2 hours at a Starbucks in the same plaza. I Recommend dropping off your car.

I stumbled upon them via coupon and went to one of their other locations which I had terrible service and almost didn't even come here but I'm glad I did. Very professional staff and Chevy was awesome

What is most important to me is saying what you will do, then doing what you say. Rarely this ever happens, let alone above and beyond. Between Jason, Chevy, and Cynthia this shop is the platinum standard. If I could give a better review I would. I recommend this facility to anyone needing any type of service.

Beware of groupon scam for the low priced smog check!! Basic bait and switch fraud! I’d bet they do the same on their oil changes, steer clear of yet another shizty auto shop!

I came here for SMOG test and was greated by a lovely lady name Jessica. She was super pleasant and helped me do the SMOG test in 10 minutes. I am so impressed. I will definitely go back for my future auto repair. I recommend this shop. Thank you Jessica, you are the best,,🙏

The first time I went here, I was really nervous. I’ve had a large number of bad experiences with auto shops in Vegas - especially as a woman - so going to a new shop is always a bit stressful. But my experience at this shop was phenomenal! Everyone there was so kind and pleasant, and they took the time to not just tell me what was up with my car, but they took me back and showed me! I never have to worry about dishonesty at this shop, and they have earned all of my future business despite being clear across town from me - they’re that good!

Jason was the best. Great service. Explained in detail what was going to be done on my car. Oil Change, Full Inspection, Oil Cap, and Tune Up. I have an older car, 2007, and they took very good care. Very patient and friendly. Kudos to Brenda the receptionist as well. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

My mom and I arrived to this business a few minutes before 12pm today. The SUV needed a wheel alignment. We were told that it would take 2 and a half hours give or take since there were 2 people ahead of us and it's on a first come, first serve basis. Ms. Brenda said that they would give us a call when the vehicle was ready. So we went to the Starbucks for a couple hours, walked for a short minute or two, and then came back to the auto center around 2/2:30. Fast forward, we're sitting there, and I'm watching my vehicle go up and down on the lift. Now it's 3:45. It's been over four hours. I asked Ms. Brenda "Miss, is my vehicle ready? Can you tell me how much longer?" She says "Which vehicle is it?" I tell her, then she said "Oh yeah, it's been done for a while now. It's just these cars have been blocking it and the cord had to be move because something was stuck." So, when you watched us sit here, it didn't occur to say "Let me see if your vehicle is ready"? When we finally showed the Groupon voucher and was handed the keys, I'm looking out front and cannot see the vehicle. The technician parked it across the way, even though there were empty parking spaces in the front. The other technician came out and went and got the vehicle so we wouldn't walk further than we needed to in 110° hot Vegas temperatures. So all, in all, it took them 5 HOURS to complete a wheel alignment. 5 HOURS. I will never go there again.

I have not had good experiences with a lot of mechanics/automotive shops. Nevada auto center has changed that. They are friendly, professional, and fair. I highly recommend this shop. I first went here after firestone failed to align my truck properly 4 different times, Nevada Auto Center got it done quickly and correctly the first time.

Brenda was absolutely amazing, very professional and courteous!!! The mechanics were great and replaced my brake pads and rotors in a timely fashion even when they were busy. I highly recommend this Nevada Auto Center location!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!!

I went there based off high reviews on Google. Big mistake. My quote was $1350.At first they said pay half now and balance at pick up. They called back and and said they need the remainder to continue. I paid the remainder thinking that the work i agreed to have done would be completed. They called me back and said they couldnt do the initial quoted work & instead of refunding $800, they put it towards a new thermostat, hose and labor charge. They kept my car 4 days. After pickup the car had to be returned 2 days later because the anifreeze was completely empty and the car was smoking. I was charged another $350 for a hose that sits on top of the engine that they did not see was leaking. After spending over 3k in services there, I am still leaking antifreeze and having to refill it daily. They do warranty the parts they put on but their astronomical labor charges outweigh me coming back and it seems they are not thorough. This has been my experience there. I am at a loss. Be warned.

I don’t usually trust shops that fix cars EVER. These guys completely changed my mind, super transparent about costs of labor and items used, my car ended up being a 3 day job since I came in with only wanting an oil change but another shop told me I needed work. I asked these guys how much they charge and they were significantly less pricey!! Immediately wanted them to do it and they did great even with the difficulty of me not having my wheel locks key with me lollll! They ordered parts like 3 times for me 😭💀 Thank you!!!

This shop delivered. We are visiting family and leave in two days. Alternator went out. Not only did they get it in immediately, but they contacted the parts store to get the warranty for the battery for which we didn’t have a receipt! Really happy.
