I brought my Lincoln in for a check engine light and hard shifting. They fixed the check engine issue and it was a lot higher than what another shop said they’d charge, nearly triple. I never heard anything back about the hard shifting so I am still left with that problem but I can’t go back because their diagnosis fee without any repair is nearly $200.

I'm glad I've discovered Network Automotive. I've tried several repair shops in the area and found them mediocre at best. When I walked in the waiting room I knew it was different. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with snacks on the coffee table, coffee and cold water. Justus was very professional and a complete brake job including rotors was done in three hours, and I was a walk-in. Highly recommended Network Automotive Repair.

Talk about customer service.. wow just wow Network Automotive is absolutely the best. I do not live in the East Valley I live 45 miles from this side of town and it was had to be that the good Lord put them in my path because my wheel bearing went out on my car I pulled in did not have an appointment they took care of me I was in and out within 2 hours. Brent was absolutely fantastic it seems as though good customer service is extremely hard to find these days but not here not at Network Automotive thank you thank you thank you for saving my booty on the opposite end of town from where I live. I will be driving the 45 miles from my house back to your shop if I ever need anything because I 100% trust you and was beyond satisfied with your customer service and great pricing!

First experience there was about two months ago when I had a damaged lug stud repaired, which was done very quickly. Second repair was yesterday 10082024 when I had to have the axle replaced on the left front of my 4x4 pickup. I called about 8:15, and they said drop it off, so I dropped off around 8:25. It was done and ready to go around 11:00 and it was done perfectly. Very clean shop, great office people, and technicians are spot on and quick!!

Brought my car in for an alignment after changing out the front control arms. They checked the alignment and found that all critical areas were all in spec, therefore no charge at all. Nice to know and find an honest business.

Had a brake issue on my vehicle. Matt found the problem and corrected it with resurfaced front rotors and two new rear rotors. Drives just like brand new again! Thanks to all the team at Network, Brent, Matt and Nick for getting me back on the road safe again!

Been here three times now, most recently for a simple oil change and then for some more involved maintenance. They are kind, courteous, professional, and do good work. I am someone who can do her own maintenance--I just choose not to whenever I don't have to--so it's nice to know I can trust my truck to a shop like theirs.
