I recently had the pleasure of visiting Network Automotive Service Center located at 104 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, on December 31, 2024, to have some work done on my mini-van. Although the bill came close to $1,400, I left feeling completely satisfied and confident that I received fair value for the services provided. During my visit, I had a wonderful conversation with Foster, who took the time to explain everything in detail. While the prices may vary compared to competitors, I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency of the service. To my delight, they completed the work three hours ahead of schedule! Today, I returned for an oil change, which I couldn't fit into my previous visit due to time constraints. I’m grateful for their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs. Network Automotive has several locations throughout the valley, and while I can only speak to my experience at this Mesa location, I can wholeheartedly recommend Foster and his team for their integrity and professionalism. If you're in search of an honest and reliable automotive service shop, I encourage you to give them a try!

Thomas and his team took great care to get my Jeep back up and running in tip top shape. I came in with an oil leak over the weekend, so the part wasn’t available for another day. But once we had the part, they got the job done same day. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what was faulty on my engine oil housing unit, as well as side by side comparisons of the brand new unit put in my Jeep. I appreciated that they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything unnecessary for the repair I came in for. This shop is trustworthy, efficient, and the prices are more than fair. I will happily take my Jeep and other vehicles here for all my repair needs!

Fair and honest business! I had them repair my power window on the drivers side after it stopped working. They gave me an accurate quote for the repair up front, scheduled an appointment that weekend and completed the work in a day. Works just as new! Will definitely return for future repairs.

I love how quick and efficient this location was. I want to share them with the world. My appointment was at 10am. I was told it could take 30 to 45 min. It was 15 min. I highly recommend this store.

The guys at Network Automotive were friendly, informative, and efficient. Thomas and Foster answered all my questions, explained the process and were polite and courteous from the phone interaction through the end of my vehicle service. Thomas at the Mesa location was awesome to work with. They were able to diagnose the problem that we had. Very knowledgeable technical staff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get their car fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

Great service! Been at this location for over 30 years and offers auto repair and wheel alignment. I recently replaced some suspension parts and hadn't done a wheel alignment since 2018. Made appointment, professional auto tech put my Camry SE on the lift and within 45 minutes, he had all adjustments made to specs and vehicle was test driven to assure vehicle alignment was completed! Shop is busy, very clean and staff were very helpful in getting car done! I received a text with pics of work rendered and highly recommend this auto repair shop located in Mesa, Arizona! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Honestly wish I could do more that 5 stars! Their service, technicians, and everything is on point! I went to 4 local shops and NONE were able to perform the alignment on my dodge charger, but sure did charge me. I was recommended here by Jonnys Tires and they did not disappoint. I'm so grateful for them and their experience!

This is the 2nd time I used Network auto in Mesa. This time it was a regulator for a rear window. The window would not go up and in 115 degree heat it was terrible, let alone I couldn't really go anywhere with the window down. In any case, apparently there was only 1 left in the entire valley (in Peoria) and Foster was kind enough to go that far to pick the part up. This is the kind of service that has made Network Auto in Mesa (on Main St) my choice for any mechanical issues my car might have. Thanks to the Foster and crew for a job well done.

The AC went out in our family van and the compressor ended up being the problem. I thought for sure just based on it being located on the bottom of the engine and it being a tight engine bay that it would take at least a week before we'd get it back. These guys had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours. I worked with Thomas who was responsive and friendly so I appreciate that as well. Thanks guys, awesome work.
