I can not say enough good things about this place but I am going to try! First of all Tania who I believe is the office manager is amazing! She communicated so well with me throughout the whole process! When there was some issues with my insurance claim she called my insurance company and to care of it completely. I never had to make a phone call to them to try to straighten it all out. She also has a beautiful accent! I took my car in on Monday and it was done Wednesday morning. When I got in my car to leave I noticed boy only had they washed my car but they had also vacuum and cleaned the inside of my car. It all was just so wonderful, from the drop off to picking my car up! They will always have my business!

I have had many people fix my car. Not only did Nelson and his team have great experiences, but they came highly recommended through word of mouth. I was very impressed with the knowledge of Nelson and automobiles. Not only did he give me a perfect explanation on what was going on with my vehicle he was very professional and His total cost for fixing what he needed was very affordable as well. I will definitely be passing his business information along to my friends and family. Huge thanks for this friendly business!

Avoid this body shop and the other one on 45 it's family operation, and the owners will ignore you for days, and they will lie that even spoke to the insurance company.

I can’t thank Nelson Amaya enough for taking care of my car from towing to repair to returning my rental! The staff are SO kind and reassuring, making me feel calm in the time of stress! They were able to repair sooner than anticipated as well. Highly recommended!!! Thank you

Nelson Amaya's Collision Center is the best. Service, treatment and quality of work is excellent. Tania is a jewel. Nelson's is the only place my cars would go for body repairs. I just picked up my BMW X5 that was struck in the rear end and the repairs were done right and fast! I highly recommend Nelson and his team.

I am so pleased with the repair to my vehicle - excellent work. Nelson is #1 taking time to discuss the work he would be doing. Office staff is very nice. Overall a very pleasant experience. Go check them out, should you have an auto collision repair need.

In the end, the repairs were done very well, but I experienced weeks of delays. I was told my repairs would take 10-14 days; 6 weeks later and I still didn’t have my car back. I spent too much time tracking them down to find out the status, and often wasn’t told they would need to extend the finish date unless I called. Everyone was very nice, but it felt like they had taken on more work than they could handle and were scrambling. I was recommended this shop, but I’ll look elsewhere if I need to in the future.

Took awhile to get back , but All good so far, gets frustrating to wait but insurance is the main reason, thanks for the work nelson, by the way had 2 vehicles done there so that should tell you something.

Took my car here for extensive hail repair (hood, doors, roof...). The staff were friendly but I had problem after problem. First, they kept pushing back when they'd start (waited almost 6 weeks "for parts"). Then, when they had my car they pushed back the finish date by two weeks. Then they found a problem on final inspection and that took two more days. Just seemed like this took way longer than it should've. Then I got my car and while in the middle of a thunderstorm at night, I discovered they put my windshield wipers on backwards and they were worthless. I took it back to Amayas and they fixed it, but then I found a piece of rubber on one side of the windshield had popped off....and now another piece of rubber on the other side has popped off. Just too many problems, not impressed
