These guys were extremely quick, thorough, and their service was wonderful. They were very transparent when other issues came up as they were looking at my car. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. My car is in great shape especially compared to how it came in. They even did a little bonus work that they didn't charge for which I really appreciated. That was a nice surprise. Thank you!

I had an industrial toolbox transported to a different state. The driver was very professional and safely transported the toolbox to the new location. This is the second time that I’ve used this company and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of there services.

Awesome people.Competent and very trustworthy and they do a great job unbelievably very quickly.If you live within driving distance this is the place to go,prices are competitive but you get what other shops don't provide awesome knowledgeable techs and polite office personnel.I went to another quick change oil place not to long ago the tech was out in the parking lot in his car smoking pot and they didn't put enough oil in my car.So go to the professionals at Neligons.

Mr. Neligon made what started to be a very stressful situation to be a very pleasant one. Coming home from my daughter's doctor appointment, my car needed a tow - it was just me and my daughter on a cold rainy evening. Kurt offered to drive my daughter and I all the way home, after hours. He helped me calm my anxieties with compassionate and interesting stories throughout the drive home. He was a gentleman to my daughter and I -probably one of the kindest men I have met since moving to Windsor five months ago. I recommend his services with no hesitation. Thank you again, Kurt.

Neligon's has been taking care of my families cars for the past few years, doing odd jobs on whatever may end up broken. Then my Mustangs exhaust rusted off as pictured, they were able to fix it within the same day, and do an oil change + filter for only $280 all together! Quick, honest, cheap, and a good job all done. The staff are extremely nice, always providing you with answers if they can. I highly recommend using Neligon's, especially if you're in a rush or have an unusual problem.

The Owner of this Shop has no Customer Service experience and should not deal with the public. He is VERY RUDE and tried to start a Fight. Rented an RV and would not give me a receipt when I returned it. The bill finally came in and there were over charges on every item. Called Cruise America and they are No Help at all. The owner Kurt Neligon is nothing more than a Bully with a Used Car Salesman Mentality. I would not let this company especially Kurt Neligon work on my bicycle. They are nothing more than a Tow Truck Company that will Rip You Off attitude and leave you on the side of the road. Cruise America Should be ashamed to have them rent RV's as a Franchise Partner. On Top degrading the Cruise America Name, Neligon does not maintain the RV's and the components / Systems are not operating Safely. The Vehicles should be pulled off the Road by DMV before someone gets killed. If you want to GET RIPPED OFF and DRIVE AN UNSAFE Vehicle, then go see KURT NELIGON, HE will be More than HAPPY To be RUDE, Throw Things At You, Yell At You and Rob You. There is so Much Crime in this world and when you go to a Local Business you would not expect to be Treated Like your Life is in Danger and you are going to be Robbed. So stay away from Neligon and you can stay safe. DON"T USE THEM FOR ANYTHING

Brought my Diesel truck there because it broke down literally in front of their garage. Got charged for a fuel pump installation $$ but it was not the problem. They couldn't fix it so it had to be towed to the dealer. Dealer found a bad wiring harness and got the truck up and running. I understand that some mechanics don't know everything but they could have given me a little slack for the job that was not the problem with the vehicle. I got none. Thumbs down

Called Neligons when my car started to sound not normal. I was told to bring it right down, they very quickly determined the problem, ordered the necessary part and had my car ready to be picked up within 4 hours. Woohoo! Definitely recommend Neligons!

Great customer service! I was working with a local food truck owner to get inspected before purchase. The shop called me first, waited until I came down and gave me a full rundown on everything. They had great detail and were completely honest about any issues. I appreciated their help with this unique project.

They were great. Picked my car up from my job during the day so they could fix it while I was working and I didn't have to waste my day off at the garage. Didn't charge me to come to my job to pick up my car. They were super nice and the repair they made was great. And they didn't break the bank. I have now found my forever garage for my car needs.

the tow truck driver tonight was disrespectful and rude. I will never do business with this concern and will tell everyone I know. when I called the company and quoted the driver they hung up and then didn't answer the phone when I called back. blocking my drive way is unnecessary and his,over the top respond was inappropriate. hope its,his last towing job EVER
