At first I thought I was getting good service but I guess being a young black woman with 2 kids in the cold and rain they didn’t care. In April 2024 my 2020 dodge Durango was over heating and since they were down the street from me I decided to go here even though I never go here. My usual shop was down frankford but my car was overheating and it wouldn’t make it. The guy there told me he would call me and let me know what was going on and the price. He called about an hr later and said it’s the radiator and it would be almost $800.00 for the NEW radiator and labor. I was hesitant bc that was a lot but I didn’t know. I said okay and he said it would be done within 5 hrs. 5 hrs later it was done and I walked in the cold rain to pick up my truck. He said the heat is working and everything is fine now. 3 weeks later my trucks starts overheating again. I was about 15 mins away from the shop so I went back. When I do the same man told me (as the fan was on loudly) that it was bc it was no coolant it in. He pours coolant in and everything seemed okay. Now the middle of June comes and my car is overheating again. I take it to my regular shop and they said it was my water pump and the other shop got over on me. I ended up getting the part from advanced auto and saving a lot of money in which the shop should have told me to save money and go to auto zone/advanced auto to get the radiator bc I didn’t know I could. Fast forward to December 2024 my truck starts overheating again but I didn’t think it was the radiator bc I just had it done I actually thought it was the reservoir bc it was cracked and needed antifreeze. I ended up going to my friend who is a mechanic and he told me the radiator they put in was old and radiators should last yrs. So I had to get a whole new radiator and it was not even half of what I was charged the first time. So if your a young black woman stay away and the gas station next door is racist but I won’t get into that. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s a special place for people like this bc I could retaliate but I’ll leave it in Gods hands.

NE auto clinic was the greatest service I’ve ever received. They were so kind and also fixed my car in impeccable timing. The customer service was out of this world. The prices were also so reasonable for the amount of work I had done on my vehicle. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

this place is a miracle. they were so helpful and fixed my broken engine. the customer service there was amazing and everyone was extremely kind to me. great prices too which which is something I truly value as a college student. Will definitely be returning!!

Neil and Ron are the absolute best of the best, and there is no one else I would ever trust my car with. I have been going here for years and I consider these guys family. They always do great work, they explain what work was done or what needs to be done and they are reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for everything guys!!

I have entrusted my cars to ne auto clinic for years. They are especially knowledgeable with complex car and electrical issues that other shops can't fix. They are also honest and have fair prices.

These guys are amazing. I had my car at 2 other shops they couldn’t fix my car. NE auto clinic was recommended by my neighbor. They got me up and running in one day and the price was very good. Neil and Ron you are the best you got my business for life

My mother and I were referred here by our Dealership and the people and service here is amazing, we were treated respectfully, offered fair prices, and they were completely honest and upfront. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed and are looking for a reliable mechanic who will not try to rip u off, mislead u or treat u unfair. We are grateful to have come across this place and will use them from now on as our mechanic!

Love having reliable service so close by! Not only did they inspect my car with no notice from me in advance, they actually spotted me waiting to catch the bus across the street a mere two hours later, and called across the street to let me know they were already done and I grabbed my car from them right then and there! They made my Monday about a thousand times easier, and I am delighted.
