I am from California and needed to get my plates updated to Missouri because they were about to expire, and they squeezed me in after many other places said they were booked out. And very little wait time I was out of there promptly.

I made the mistake of booking an appointment at Diamond Muffler in Lees Summit before I came here. They suck, and NCC RULES! In and out in less than 30 minutes. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and should’ve known better. Thanks guys!

Not only are these gentlemen who work on your car kind. They do a great job. What a blessing they are. If you have a car problem they will take care of it. They never over charge yo. Very fair and honest!!!

Updated Review 9/24: Lemme tell y'all something. These cats don't miss! Every time I've gone up there to get work done, they've been on point with everything I need! Mr. John gives straight-forward updates with no b.s. and I respect that, entirely. The man makes sure you're taken care of. Thank you NCC crew! First review 9/23: Customer service was excellent and I was out quickly. I left with peace of mind knowing my car was taken care of. Thank you NCC staff.

No nonsense and completely fair. Went above and beyond for me. Got to the root of my issue. Not just change the part. And I know it was probly more labor then what he charged me. It's hard to find places that are decent and respectable. But this shop is definitely one of them.

So.. these fellas replaced a rack and pinion on my car, and did a stellar job to boot. A little side story I only have the one car and it was quoted at five hours. I was fine with that but what blew me away was the customer service they have. I was resigned to walking over to sonic to get lunch, but to my surprise they ordered me a pizza and had me eat lunch with them! And they stuck to their original quoted price even after our took three hours longer and found two parts that were bad that were missed. You guys got a customer for life! Love you all and love your work!

I've been getting my inspections here for years and although it's rare, occasionally I have one not pass. The mechanics are really good about actually showing you the problem and explaining why it failed, and they are usually able to fix it right away, which I appreciate. Never had an issue here, will continue taking my vehicles here.

Been going here since I started driving 10 years ago. Very customer focused business - they won't try to swindle you or do work you don't need. Great with mechanical issues like brakes, wheels, suspension, and alignments.

Since I can’t respond to you regarding the bad review. You’re referring to the wrong vehicle. It’s a 2016 dodge dart my daughter brought back over and over after you replaced the caliper and brakes until you refused to look at it without charging her. The problem was a caliper not designed for her car. Two mechanics verified this and unfortunately after 2 decades with different cars we expected to have your work completed properly. It’s not her fault you wouldn’t listen to the complaints and used the wrong part.. We trusted you for years. Front desk Service guy is great but the mechanics are not unfortunately. We were greatly disappointed to have to find someone else and hear the results of the problem.

Always awesome! Very friendly and up front about cost and time. Ive never dropped my car off there and gone more than a day without it. The mechanics are friendly and dedicated and the office staff are always personable

Declined a scheduled vehicle inspection, due to customer requesting to drive vehicle on the rack upon arrival. Regardless of policy / insurance. I am giving NCC muffler a zero star review based on their customer service in handling this dispute alone. There are plenty of other shops nearby that treat their customers with respect, value their time, & work hard to earn their business. I strongly suggest going to those establishments over NCC muffler.

I had the best service I could've wished for, they managed to repair my suspension so well I was impressed. The damage was so bad I didn't think it was repairable thanks to my irresponsible husband. The real thanks goes out to NCC! If you have a husband who destroys your cars and want great results for less money come here they got you!

I've been going to NCC for about 30 yes. I wouldn't go any place else.These guys will never screw anyone over I'm also disabled and use a wheelchair the place is very wheelchair friendly also.FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

The gentleman who answered my call about your services today was incredibly rude. He barely acknowledged my greeting and brusquely demanded what I wanted. When I tried to explain, he repeated his questions as if I was wasting his time. Needless to say, this was not the first impression I was hoping for as a potential customer.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Dishonest and rude. Definitely get a second opinion before using this shop. Maybe because I’m a woman and was from out of state. Wanted to replace AC parts that were not nee a local family owned shop who was honest and got my AC working for 1/5 the price w/o replacing parts. 2 weeks later, drove 750 miles home and AC is still working like a charm.
