I had a terrible experience with this shop. They sold me a used tire for $60 that was barely usable, with extremely low tread, and they didn’t even test it. I was having a rough day and running errands, so I didn’t think to grab a receipt at the time. Within two days, the tire went flat. I returned to the shop after pumping it with air, expecting them to take responsibility, but they refused to help because I didn’t have a receipt. They have security cameras and the individual who sold me the tire admitted to assisting me, yet they still didn’t resolve the issue. The service was unprofessional, and the product was poor quality. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I had a great experience coming to NC tire and service. Both mechanics and the receptionist was friendly and courteous. Donavan was friendly and accommodated my needs. Def recommend!!

Service was good however they put my tire on backwards - tire shows “inside” I told the mechanic and he said no its fine. No that is not fine they fix the problem. Just double check their work

AMAZING tire shop seriously hands down the best. They really took care of us and didn’t try to get over on us like most shops do. Very nice and friendly staff as well and QUICK! Will definitely continue to come back for our Jeep and tire needs!

Fast work and good team. Please note, they do not speak fluent English but I used Google translate to communicate. They took great care of me and my 5 year old son after experiencing a blowout in the pouring rain, luckily I was less than 1/8 mile from the shop and was able to get the car in the bay before the tire went fully flat. Tire replaced in less than 20 minutes
