Nate is knowledgeable, honest and fair. He seems to take that extra step to make sure you’re taken care of. A week or two after he replaced the shocks and struts on my wife’s vehicle he sent me a rebate for the shocks that he installed. Great service!

Nathan NC automotive is one of the best diesel mechanics I’ve run across yet. He has the proper diagnostic equipment regarding Ford diesel pick up trucks. My truck runs smooth and better than it did before I brought it to him. He’s very polite professional in this man knows his business, I will be bringing my truck back to him again for more work to be done. Super quick and helpful. Nathan’s shop was near by and he saved us the trouble of needing towed when my car wouldn’t start. The text invoice was very convenient and Klarna/affirm are accepted as payment.

Great experience at NC Automotive Repair. Nathan was thorough and honest while helping to resolve my concerns with my Diesel pickup. I was provided a digital diagnostic/inspection, so I understood exactly what was found and the priority of items that needed attention. I highly recommend this shop and I will use NC again for my diesel mechanic needs.

NC Automotive Repair was the best experience I have had in a very long time!! I took my truck in for a repair. He communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. My warranty company was a nightmare to work with, yet he stay in touch with me and communicated every step of the way. Helping me overcome the challenge I had with my warranty. I even had a couple things come up after the initial repair and he took care of it the same day. I would absolutely highly recommend and I will be back for any other work I need done.

I have had my 2016 Ford F250 Power stroke in for repair twice with Nate. I was referred to him by two people that I trust. It can be un-nerving to go to an independent mechanic. I had the advantage of having inside info that know him and me both. That being said the level of service, communication, and technical ability exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend Nate and NC Automotive enough.

Nate is the absolute best. He has worked on 4 of my trucks and 1 of my cars. I have had a great relationship with Nate as my mechanic for a while now. He is very honest which is hard to come by anymore. He won't try and sell you on stuff you don't need to do because he believes in value. His work has always been solid and I have never had an issue. I use my trucks daily in my construction business so I need them in tip top shape. Nate is the only mechanic I trust to keep my fleet going strong.

We have a 2012 Lexus RX350 and very tired of paying exorbitant dealership service prices. Hearing of a recent automotive repair shop opening in Council Bluffs, I thought we'd give them a try. I called first and talked with the owner, Nathan. I told him what repairs were needed and asked for an estimate of cost and time frame to get our vehicle in. His quote was less than half of that of the dealership! His time line was acceptable. Nathan called when our car was ready. A few hours earlier than we were expecting. I found Nathan personable and knowledgeable. When we picked up our car, the price was exactly what Nathan quoted us previously! We have definitely found our automotive repair shop of choice!
