I am extremely satisfied with the service and customer service all employees have provided me. I initially took my Nissan Titan for a free of charge oil change they offered on Veterans Day. Not only did they provide the oil change, but a free inspection. As a result, I had them replace my upper control arms, CV axel, and stabilizer links. They worked with my extended warranty from start to finish and I didn't even had to contact that company. My truck runs amazing now! I highly recommend them.

Amazing service and amazing attention to detail. The guys are super friendly and their turn around is as promised. They include a full write up of the inspection and send it your way, the full list includes pictures, detailed descriptions on the issue, and include if it’s a minor issue that can be put off or if it is a major issue that needs attention. Truly 10/10 and my go to car guys.

WOW, talk about GREAT service. I’m an 81 yr old male who is on oxygen 24/7 with little energy these days. Normally I would look forward tpo doing my own service work on my 2006 Jeep. Because of health reasons just can’t do it anymore. I’ve some bad experience’s with other local auto service places. I neede4rd new spark plugs and coils installed. I bought the parts on-line thinking I or a friend could install them. Neither of us could do it in a timely manner. In comes the Gary’s Auto service. Not knowing what to expect I went in for an estimate of charges to install new plugs. Jerod assisted me and told me the cost including plugs. I explained that I had intended to do it myself and already bought the parts in including the coils He said no problem, he would use the parts I had bought. That in itself was unusual, since most repair shops insist on supplying their own parts so they can mark them up for additional profit. Jerod quoted me a price I thought I could live wit, and set up an appointment to have it done. Appointment time came and I brought my Jeep in. I asked when it could be finished and they said about 3:00 PM. I told them I would like it back about 2:00 if possible. They provided me with a ride back to my residence. At about 10.27 AM I get a text from Rich giving me a full and complete details of what else could be done (including photos). NO pressure to upaell me or pressure me in tol getting these things done right way since they would effect the immediate performance of the Jeep. At 11:19 AM I get a call from Rich. Telling me it was ready. They came and picked me up. When I was presented with the bill It was LESS than I was quoted. They even gave me a free car wash at Bluebird”s. Now that is great and honest service. We need more “Gary’s Automotive” type service in Boise. Thany Jerod and Rich and the others that helped me. Great work.

Great repair place. Very professional, everything's done electronically, text or email, so you know exactly what is being proposed and costs. They address repair items in terms of green, yellow, and red. Green is it's good, yellow is something to consider, red needs attention. They fixed my issue in a timely and reasonably priced manner.

I’ve lived in Boise for 42 years and think I finally found a mechanic that I trust. An authentically positive experience where I felt money spent was definitely worth it and necessary. So many times I’ve been or felt taken advantage of and am finally at ease knowing that I’m not being swindled. Truly a positive experience. I highly recommend this team. Naylors was the first place I’ve ever taken my car to be fixed. I will never go anywhere else except for Naylors. As professional as they are I felt welcomed and comfortable due to their family oriented atmosphere. They kept me up to date with what was wrong with my car and what they were specifically doing to fix it. I never felt forced to have anything fixed or updated and truthfully the bill was a lot cheaper than I expected. These guys are great you would be lose out on a great experience if you didn’t take your care to Naylors for repair.

Took my Buick to get worked on there and they did a fantastic job! My buick was sputtering and rough idling and they had it working like new in no time at all. They text you an estimate that details everything that's wrong with your vehicle and you choose which repairs you want them to do. Very impressed by them and will definitely take it back for anything else I'll need!

I would have given 5 stars but there was a communication issue. My husband was told on two separate occasions that Naylor would call him and they never did. It was a bit frustrating for him. The whole staff however is great and the work is excellent. Van is running great so far.

I had a coolant leak on the engine of my 2011 ford ranger. I took it to Naylor's Auto Repair which was recommended to me by my neighbor. Nate gave me an appointment to bring it in for diagnosis. The diagnosis was done and an estimate of repair was provided. I made an appointment and had the repair completed 9/17/2024 the work was done professionally and fast. I found the folks at Naylor's to be very professional and friendly people and I would recommend their service to anyone needing auto repair . Thanks to the whole crew job well done Jack Thomas

Ended up going to Naylors to correct an issue with my fuel tank caused by a separate shop in town. Not only were they incredibly professional and kept me posted every step of the way, but cheaper than the shop that initially screwed up my tank. They showed photos and made a brief note of things that were done incorrectly and my van has been running perfect ever since. No more obd2 codes and gas tank fills up the way it’s intended. Will 100% be taking my business here from here on out.

I am from out town and needed some car repair with some very specific and odd needs They did not deter one bit. Accommodated every aspect of what I needed. I originally came to these guys with a brake concern. They did a full Inspection and sent me a list with photos and ranking of the car’s needs. No pressure to fix any issues but did show concern where appropriate. Their Service is top notch Very open communication, having to deal with me as well as my wife, since it is really her car The shop is super Clean and organized Staff was very Friendly. Thank you

The team at Naylor's has always treated me right. It's a no BS place. They are very thorough and listen to your concerns. I've mostly been in for an alignment for most of my vehicles. But, they have a thorough car inspection and documentation and let you know of things they've found. They also provide photos and sometimes video of what they found and they won't push you on it if you say no. Their pricing seems reasonable as well and the rides to their shop, or to home is a nice bonus. Overall, I'll continue to go to Naylors if a task comes up on my car that I don't want to do, or is beyond my time/skill level as a car enthusiast/home mechanic.

I took my vehicle for an inspection after hearing popping noise coming from the front. I was told that the inspection cost is $190 which is higher than any shop I have been to but it wasn’t a big deal to me. After 2 hours, when it was time to have my vehicle back, I was told that they couldn’t find the problem but still insisted that I have to pay for the full inspection cost of $190. When I told them that it is not fair, they said they have expenses. I guess my expenses and time don’t matter. A shop gets paid for the work that they do not the work they cant do. It’s very unethical for a shop to be selfish and make their costumer pay the price of their incompetency. If a shop takes 8 hours to change a tire, is a costumer supposed to pay for 8 hour labor just because they have expenses? No! Costumer should be charged for the service he chooses. How long a shop takes to do the work or their incompetency is none of costumer’s fault. If they can’t find where the noise comes from, that’s their incompetency not my fault that I have to pay for their expenses. Don’t take your vehicle to this shop that believes you have to pay for their incompetency, and that their time and expenses are more important than your time and expenses. I know many shops that don’t charge if they can’t find the problem. Go somewhere else!

Great place. Got my car right in. Of course the problem didn’t surface when at the mechanics. They tried for 2 days to duplicate and couldn’t. No charge. I was blown away. It occurred again and this time they found the problem. It was fixed right away at a very reasonable price. Love the honesty and integrity of this place. Dealt with Nate from beginning to end and was so impressed by him. I’m a DIY guy, but my daughter is at Boise State. I couldn’t help, but Naylors did. Thank you to all there

The whole repair process, from diagnostics to picking up the car when all services were completed was easy, done respectfully, and everything very well explained (even if I didn’t understand the first time, ha ha ha). He recommended at what mileage other repairs should be done in the future. I finally found an auto repair shop that I felt like I could fully trust, especially as a female, not having much knowledge about repairs. They came highly recommended to me, and it worked out great!
