Asked for a few things, one being the best oil change. They supposedly checked battery condition and did an inspection on it… A week later the truck wouldn’t start, (among other weird lights and noises) I checked the battery and its terminals, white corrosion was blocking it from having a good connection. After cleaning it and trying to jumpstart the truck, battery was fried still making weird noises. The radio even turned on when the keys were out, door open! (I made sure to disconnect and reconnect the battery and properly attempt jumpstarting). After replacing the battery myself it has been working great! The shop never mentioned any issues, also didn’t clean or inspect anything related to the batteries condition. Talked to an actual mechanic who explained how a battery should be tested… Lazy service. Folks at the counter were fine and could do their jobs well!

Turned in the vehicle, got it back, success. About 5 minutes later I noticed there a bunch of ants crawling around and inside the car. Never had any bugs in there before. I don't remember that being a part of the service... Also, months ago I used to be able to turn in my car for an oil change in the morning and get it back by noon, and now the job gets completed in the late afternoon.

I showed up at this auto shop to get an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at opening time 8:00am and was second in line and they did not start working are car till 1:40pm. They finally finished at 3pm and did not rotate tires and would not discount the package even though they did NOT do everything they were paid to do. Very bad experience and recommend NOT going on base to this auto shop to get maintenance done on vehicle. Definitely go off base!!!

So today I visited the Car Care Center and was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Eric. Unfortunately, I was too slow and unaware that they had an after hours drop-off. Although he seemed very busy, he still took the time and was patient with me when I had so many questions and requested quotes on parts and labor for my car. Mr. Eric is such a kind man, and I hope he is recognized for his wonderful customer service and his willingness to take care of customers even when he is tasked with other things. Blessings to him 🙏😊 I hope my next interaction at this store is with someone as pleasant as he was

Joining the chorus of other folks here to comment on the pretentious, disinterested staff. Went in to ask if I could have my brakes looked at. All I got was “I don’t have brake today” then I asked if it was possible if they could check to see if another NEX auto care center does and all I got was “no”. This was my first visit to this establishment and probably my last of the staff doesn’t have an overhaul. ✌️

Worst customer service ever!! You would think that spending almost $1000 would get me better customer service. This is the FIRST place I have EVER heard of that requires you to order tires in person. They don’t always answer the phone. The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t tell me an important issue,, but mentioned it when I got there. She did not ask not ask for rewards number, so I lost out on my points. I went to another location to buy some tires and they were amazing. Will not be returning or recommending this place ever.

Amazing staff, convenient for someone stationed here, and affordable!! They even remembered my name and cars and it had been like three months since the last time I visited. Definitely my preferred shop for maintenance.

Came here to get my brakes checked since they’re creaking. Was told it would take about an hour or two. It’s been over three hours and I’m still waiting. Asked for the status twice and it wasn’t until the second time someone decided to get up and find out. Then she came back to tell me that it wasn’t annotated what I mentioned was the problem so they were doing a full check, and the mechanic is also on lunch. When I said I want my car back she asked someone else if that’s ok. If I want my car back there’s absolutely no reason why she needs to ask anyone but me. It’s MY car. They still can’t tell me how much longer it’ll be, and my car was sitting in the lot for a little less than 3 hours before they actually began to do anything with it. If you’re going to bring your car you’re better off doing it before an underway, if at all.

I understand being short staffed but everytime I come here. The older woman behind the counter doesn't pay attention to customers. Brought van in for tire replacement and they gave it an oil change. Don't waste you're time.

The worst customer service. The women that work at the counter are so grumpy, treat customers badly, and don't even pay attention to people who are waiting in line to get assistance. Why work there if you hate your job so much?

Very helpful, went when they opened for swollen lug nuts (the dealership was less than helpful) and tire rotation. Didn't take too long and the person at the counter was very helpful.

Brought car in for oil change. They drained the oil but didn't put new oil in. I had "Low oil" errors on my car and the car's dipstick confirmed it. Put 2 quarts in myself and the errors went away. Brought my car back, explained the situation, and just wanted them to top off the oil, but they told me they were busy and to bring it back the next day.
