Description

Housed within National Indoor RV Centers of Las Vegas is a design studio suitable for creating the Newmar Coach of your dreams. Full size samples of many products including floor samples, back splashes, and shower surrounds. Aside from offering the products booklets from Newmar, real paint samples on metal better demonstrate custom colors and paint schemes available from the factory. Use of the studio is for National Indoor RV Center clients only and must be scheduled by calling a Newmar Master Certified Product Professional at (702) 766-7770.

If you want to go for service don’t expect the work to be done right or on time and if you want to consign your vehicle don’t expect them to give you what the correct amount and if you go to buy get a third party inspector and then don’t be afraid to run .

My wife and I stopped in just to window shop for our next step up in RV. We were there for the NASCAR fall race and had some time to kill. Man was it time well spent. We have owned 2 brand new RV’s and the buying experience on each was a mess. I honestly can’t believe you can spend 100k on a 5th wheel and it still be a losing fight just to get the stuff they promise done. For that reason we were really struggling to justify the step up to a DP class A. I am so glad we found NIRVC in Vegas .. Jayson and Justin were so helpful. Even though we were not buying now they gave us a bunch of info and we were able to see several models from different manufacturers. They have stayed in touch without being pushy at all. We are definitely buying our next rv from them! Unfortunately the unit we picked will take us another couple years to afford. Thank you guys for restoring our faith in GREAT SERVICE!

****DO NOT GO HERE! **** This place DOESN"T EVEN deserve ONE STAR!! By far the worst experience we have ever had in our 20 years of being Class A owners. We took our motorhome in on October 2nd 2024 - three months later we received it back with over $6k in charges & the main concerns that we took it in for ARE STILL NOT EVEN RECTIFIED. Not to mention damages done by them that they didn't even own up to! (broken kitchen faucet and a broken marble tile on floor). It's been one issue after another with them, and the three months of waiting was insane! I've never been so frustrated when dealing with an RV service/repair facility. STAY AWAY!!

Wish to give a big shout out to Austreberto Torres, in your valet services with NIRVC in Las Vegas, NY. Austreo has always given us above and beyond the customer service. He is quick on turn around and follow through, always letting us know the status of our coach. He has even stepped up to assist on on communication regarding our other issues. Austro goes over and beyond what most would do and needs to be recognized for his outstanding service to NIRVC. Austreberto, is a model employee for customer service and is true gem on your team. I can't say enough of how much we appreciate him when it comes to all services related to the valet division. We also have been very fortunate to have Augie Kuver help us from the service and parts department! Austrebeto Torres is a stellar representatives of your company, and serve you well! He deserves to be acknowledged for doing an outstanding job and were much appreciated! I have been a customer of NIRVC Las Vegas for a little over a year now. I can't speak highly enough about Austreberto Torres, he is extremely professional and represents the company well. As a business owner I recognize and appreciate an employee who truly cares about customer service. I would also point out that I had a very unfortunate situation happen and when I brought it to Austreberto's attention he immediately called the owner and got back to me within hours saying they would make everything right no questions asked. I feel too many companies don't care anymore about customers or doing the right thing and customers only complain when things go wrong but don't take the time to write a positive review so I want to acknowledge NIRVC as a company I personally know to be highly reputable.

We visited the National Indoor RV center recently...first... there is not an indoor inventory to view !!! The viewing of inventory is in the Nevada sun... A positive, there was zero salesman pressure, I'm thinking they enjoy the indoor AC.

ZERO Stars if I could!!!!!! The sales team is ok at best…. The service team is way below average. But the real problem with this company is they sell Winnebago products and unfortunately Winnebago products have declined significantly in the past five years. The quality of the average Winnebago product is way below industry standards. Do not buy a Winnebago product from this company. I promise you, you will regret it. I spent over $200,000 on a vehicle and I have significant problems on a daily basis. I reached out to Winnebago on several attempts and they don’t even have the decency to respond to my phone calls. Unfortunately, I have no recommendations on where to buy a good RV these days Rick

Absolutely love everything about National Indoor RV Centers - Service is flawless and the facility is absolutely immaculate. Above all, the personal attention we receive is off the charts fantastic. You really feel as if you are dealing with members of a big family as opposed to a big business. The storage of our vintage, beloved RV could not be in better hands. I have never been so disappointed with any business as I have been with NIRV center. I have spent a great deal of money with them only to have work not done properly and have more things damaged by them. Things were not fixed as stated and it cost me every time they attempted to fix something. And I have an extended warranty. They repaired something I never authorized and I still had to pay for it and it didn't fix the problem. They left dirty marks on our white leather captain chairs and on our dash. They had no idea how to fix our main monitor but still charged me toward a new part. I have not had any return calls from them. The tried to fix our air bags and jacks, which now are worse than before. It is evident that they have no quality control and only care about the money. I do not trust their work and will never go back. I am currently having all their mistakes fixed by a reliable company. C. WIRT

Our motorhome has been in their service center for 6 weeks and today i was told we had to wait another 3 weeks to get a part needed to fix it. Communication has been horrible, non existent for the most part. They only reason they are getting 2 starts instead of 1 is because they have been willing to work with extended insurance
