We have 'regular people cars'. National Automotive has kept them running, always has gotten us in when needed. Their team is hugely helpful. I like that they train new mechanics from local schools. It's kind of like having your uncle & cousins work on your vehicles. What a relief this is to know your car will be serviced on time, correctly, with no follow up needed, they will charge you the appropriate amount and that there will be no mistakes. I think we have been their customers since like 2010? One of my very good friends said they could be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes it is really fun to see what kind of cars other people bring in--some really great old ones!

I really appreciate this place a lot! I used to take my S-10 here back in the day! Took my new car in for a minor repair but it ended up not needing it and since I was in they made time to get me an oil change and I was incredibly grateful! I just truly appreciate this place and will always be glad to do business with them! Good, solid; honest people fantastic place for sure! Above and beyond I am very thankful for all the hard work these guys do!

I went to National on Christmas eve because my truck was irritating me and the day before Robert stayed on the phone with me for like 15 min as I tried to get him to hear what I was hearing 🤣 but we were unsuccessful 😆 so after fighting with it all night I called him in the morning on x Mas eve amd he said to bring it in and they'll get me right. So I dropped it off, and everyone in there was cool af! We ate some donuts and had some convo and I left and about 45 min later they call me and tell me they got my baby in working order. I showed up, and they even hooked me up on pricing. Listen, go to these guys.... they are my new shop for sure and im excited to be able to find someone to help me with some upgrades that I can trust and won't make me put a second mortgage on the house to pay for it. 😆

I’ve been using National Automotive since 2020 and have had great results from all work done on my Ford Expeditions. Robert, Jake and all the staff at National Automotive have gone above and beyond to make sure all my automotive repairs were done correctly and in timely manner. They fixed a problem with the ABS in myYaris better than the Toyota dealership did. I trust Randy& Jake ,and National Automotive more than the Toyota Dealership where i bought my car. These guys are the best .

Everyone is awesome! They do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Their work is excellent! I love that they guarantee it! I never feel taken advantage of. I trust them and I don’t say that very often. I have a very old truck and I will not take it anywhere else.

I brought my car in to National to have them look at the engine light which was on. They were able to identify and explain the problem. When they ran the diagnostic on the car, they identified other potential issues that needed to be addressed. I travel alot giving care to the elderly within a 50 mile radius of my home. The car, even though it is 12 years old, has to be in good working condition for me to provide this care. I appreciate National's thoroughness. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been thoroughly satisfied with their service. I will be working with them to repair some of those potential car issues. Thanks National.

National Automotive is nothing less than outstanding!! Been using them for many years and as always never disappoint!! I just went in to service new back and front brakes on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 an other services as well. They are very honest, amazing customer service,and go above and beyond every time. Small shop that my family uses for our repairs. Everyone has always been nice, friendly, and always provided professional customer service. They're willing to work with you as much as they can to make sure you have a reliable vehicle and they can provide quotes via text to allow for budgeting. They've always contacted me when things change during the repair to verify how to proceed. I would recommend them.

Jake charged me for OEM parts and factory service. I got back a car with inferior parts and improper installation. Bell Honda charged me the same prices for parts and labor, but gave Honda OEM parts and fixed what Jake and his crew have been breaking for the last three years. When I asked Jake to meet me halfway on repairing what I paid for it became an issue of words, instead of deeds. Times are tough these days Jake and his crew are willing to say anything to you to keep this business open.

This guy will charge you dealership prices and then put cheap parts on your car. Did struts on my car 10,000 miles later they’re banging had to take it to the real dealership. Found out the parts were so cheap. What a jerk.
