Honest and trustworthy. I was told my air AC had a problem. But when I got here, they told me my air AC was ok that I didn't need to fix it, and since then, it has been working. 😊

He is thief Don't go there they will trapped you first he said ill check Ac in $29.99 i said thats fine After that he said ill fixed your Ac in $155 and i give you 30 days warranty after a day my ac cooling again hot when i came back to shop he said ill charge $1425 which is $425 labor and $1000 ac compressor i check autozone they will sale $153 and this theif charge me $1425

This Company is a Scam! They refuse to pay for my alternator, which is included in my package. They stated my policy is effective 9/16/23, and my claim for the alternator was made on 10/4. They do not want to cover this repair because they are claiming that for the policy to be effective you have to have 1,000 more miles than odometer reading on contract in addition to being past 9/16. Because my miles are under by 200 they refuse to cover the repair! I will be speaking to an attorney!

I’ve come here twice with two different cars and both times really nice experiences! I’m extremely happy with the prices and how well the guys in the front explain things to me. I do not feel taken advantage of… only problem is I do not even live on this side of Houston but I trust them so much that if it’s a problem with my vehicle I will try to make it… but they close at 3 on Saturday opposed to 3:30 like the sign says.

I have been a customer at mikes for as long as ive had my car 7 years and to be honest my car literally has never had any odd issues. Mike provides whats needed and gives fast kind service. I know my car is in great care. He has done 99% of my oil changes and the times i went elsewhere i felt like my car wasnt satisfied. So happy I trusted my intuition and came to this place. I had called to see if I can bring my truck in because I was having an coolant leak and I thought it was my water pump but when I came to get it looked at Michael (a true angel) assured me that I was riding around with no oil and that was causing my issue. Thank God for him! He could have lied and got about $400 out of me. From now on when I need my vehicles repaired, I will spend my money here.

What's more important when you have a car is having a good honest Mechanics this place is that. Took me car and they figured the problem fast and repaired it just as fast. Took my daughter's car to them thinking is going to cost hundreds to fix but the problem turned out to be a $10 battery for the remote. Been coming here for 3 years.
