I cannot say enough about Nate’s auto and the service they provide. Fantastic customer service, service dept is outstanding and they are extremely thorough. I went in for an oil change and Tyler brought it to my attention that the screw was stripped from previous oil changes. Ummm the dealership was doing them previously as it was under warranty. Sooooo…… when people think dealerships are the way to go……you are wrong!! Nate’s auto is the way to go!!!! They completely check everything and will not let you be unsafe. Thank you Tyler, Nate and Tony for the great care and service today and always!!

Nate's Auto Repair is the only place I'll bring my vehicles. Couldn't ask for more honest and down to earth folks to trust your repairs to. Been there several times and have always been treated fairly and honestly with whatever issues I was having. Highly recommended!

Went in for an oil change a few minutes later he comes back in an tells me my transmission was leaking very bad an he advised me not to drive it home an that it would cost $540didnt. to get it fixed. I told him I didn't have the money. So i drove it home an got the parts to have it fixed friend tore the car apart to get to the problem an found it didn't need fixing it was just loose. They saw a older lady come an they took advantage of me. A bunch of ripp offs. I'll never go their again.

I bought a set of tires and an alignment for my work van. I stay on the road a lot with the van and Nate and his guys were able to fit me in at the last minute. Now the van rides great and I’m back to work!

Best mechanic shop I have ever been to. Nate and Tony are great. Very professional, top notch work, and great pricing. They don't try to upsell you on parts you don't need, like most other shops. Very honest and trustworthy. I've have had work done here a couple times. Definitely my go to shop from now on. Thanks again!

This place is a total joke. The reviews must be paid reviews. I was a customer multiple times till I was fed up. This place should be reported to the BBB. CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THEY CHARGE $225.00 MISCELLLANIOUS FEE ON EVERY BILL WITH NO BREAKDOWN OF THE CHARGES. They made me wait 6 hours in the freezing cold when it was a mistake that they had to rectify. The owner is a complete sheister and the place is filthy, even for the Bronx. I went to another auto shop and they saw the bill from Nate's and said half of the work was not done and what was done was not even done correctly - it was botched. The owner of the other shop I went to said if I charged my customers what he charged you - I would be going to court a lot. Do yourself a favor, there are many other decent shops in the area that won't rip you off. Do not give your hard earned money to someone who can do this to their customers. UPDATE: It's obvious why I am under a fake name. you are so hard up to rip me off and with the money that you ripped me off - you can't even pay your workers to clean up. Your attitude matches your establishment. I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are a two timer. People this is proof that this owner is shady just by his response to me and others. This is what it looks like inside of his business that I was supposedly never at.

Great experience with these guys, they didn't bullcrap me around like most other shops will do. They looked at an AC issue I had, recharged it and added dye to the system, but did not find any issue the first time and told me if any problems to bring it back of course. After about a month the issue returned and this time with a more extensive look into where the issue was coming from They found the issue and verified with me what it was and how much it would cost. Everything is working like it's brand new again. I will Definitely keep coming back to these guys.

Just getting around the a review.I'm from Michigan and bought a winter home in the area in February of 2021 and had the alternator go out on our Honda CRV. I'm a retired industrial maintenance technician and would normally do the work myself but we were in the middle of remodeling and didn't have the tools or time. They did a Great Job. In and out the next day and even gave me a ride. Well Beyond My Expectations. Thanks!!! This is December of 2023 and all is still well with the Honda.

Me and my boyfriend went there to get an oil change and the guys were super nice and friendly, they scheduled it for the next day and the whole process did not take as long at all, compared to what we normally have waited in other places that we went before. We were super satisfied and will definitely go back there as our go to auto shop, I definitely recommend this place, and I am writing a review because we found about it by looking at the reviews too! So if anyone is wondering, just go for it 😄

Nate and his whole team were great! Even told me how I could save money on getting the parts I needed from Nissan so he could then install it for me! I am using them for all my cars now! Honest and doesn't make up things to fix for more money in his pocket!

They mis diagnosed my son’s truck starting concern three times. That’s ok. But after they took 445.00 dollars of His monies and three visits later they found a wire connection issue and it was THEN FIXED! We asked for a break on the initial repair and they refused. Not a good place. This was a 15 year old kiddo with money hard earned and they wouldn’t budge. Crappy place to do biz with fro sure. Stay away. Tony represents this place
