I had a terrible experience at this oil change place. I took my BMW in for an oil change, and not only did they charge me an outrageous price for the oil change itself, but they hit me with a $35 charge for the oil filter. The guy claimed it was a “special” filter for my car, but I’ve never paid more than $15 for an oil filter anywhere else. It’s clear they’re just taking advantage of the fact that I drive a BMW. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Total rip-off!

What a great experience! I was passing through Lincoln and needed an oil change. This place is great! Fast, efficient, friendly, and amazing value. I don't usually get excited for an oil change, however, when I arrived, before their opening time, they ushered right in and went to work. I was out of there in 15 minutes. The entire team was great. I love the fact this is a local business and not a national branded franchise. The quality of service was excellent. If you are in Lincoln or just passing through, I highly recommend this garage.

Owner is shady. Females be mindful of being overcharged for your oil change. The old guys game is that he has his staff use synthetic oil without your ok or request. This makes your $30 oil change $80. He then gaslights the female customer into thinking she has no idea what she is talking about mechanically and the vehicle requires synthetic oil. Another serious draw back is English is the second language and he is tough to understand. He was very surprised to be confronted by an angry father today and definitely understood me. UNL students/parents beware and go anywhere else.

I have been going to Bob for a long time. And I definitely recommend anyone I hear needing to have an oil change done or any other type of service check up. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonably priced as well

They had did an oil change on my car while I was at work so my mom took it in they looked at everything like they where supposed too and they told my mom I need a cabin air filter replacement I said okay I can do that my self I finally have time too do it and I got too my passenger seat too take a look at it and do it fast and this is what I see on the ground the cabin air filter clamp to seal it was broken so they just left it sitting on the floor board and didn’t say hey we broke this nothing and just let my mom leave with the car this is what the price looks like now after they broke it… As you see in the picture it was snapped off like the guy has never done this before like this is outrageous

You can’t find a better priced or more speedily done oil service in Lincoln. No pressure for additional nonsense, just an oil change at a great price.
