I am very disappointed of their costumer service. I went this morning to return glasses to this place and one of the guy who didn't even say hi or assisted me in anyway. He told me to step outside without giving me a receipt. We have been client for years and they have been really bad to us. I honestly think they need to change their costumer service. I understand we have always get bad days but doesn't mean client with good behavior have to pay for other people's attitude.

Sonia COME BACK FULL One of the most efficient people in Mygrant is, (Sonia Reyes) Almost all other shops of Mygrant, there are 2 secretaries, and the process is slower to pick up a glass, and (Sonia Reyes) san francisco, is the only secretary, but also leaves the officina to do the work of delivering glasses.
