Brought in my Subaru under warranty that was making a not so fun noise when turning. Myers worked with us through every step of the process. The best thing about it was the initial repair didn't fix the issue, and instead of not doing anything, they dove into the vehicle and made sure the problem was fixed. I've had nothing but a good experience with these guys and Keegan has EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you so much for fixing my car.

Keegan and chris are hands down the best customer service duo I have ever experienced. The services were quick reasonably priced and they got me in the day I called. Couldn't speak more highly of. This goes for all the Myers locations.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the issue with my car and the reason why it needed repaired. They repaired the car in 3 days time. Staff also offered to give me a ride if needed. Prices were reasonable and it was quality work.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Myers for several years and they are great! They work hard to diagnose the issues with my vehicle, find the problem, get whatever parts it needs and fix it. The manager, Chris, is always friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. I’m very pleased with Myers Automotive East and will continue to take my vehicle there. I definitely recommend them!

I brought my car in for some long deferred maintenance. Keegan explained the steps and made some good recommendations based on my car's mileage. He was great about keeping me informed throughout the process. I feel I was in very good hands when it came to my car's service needs.

I had another great experience at Myers Automotive. I took my wifes car in for service and they were able to accommodate us, finishing in a short time considering we didnt have an appointment. I also appreciate the online inspection link we received by text. Its very nice seeing the actual condition of parts that might or will need replaced during a future visit. I had a great experience and will return with my future automotive needs.

This place is more like jiffy lube than k Mart. Terrible service management. No experience with servicing the vehicle s they make agreements to fix.

This shop has the best service around. Relieved a lot of stress for us when we thought things with our vehicle were much worse. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance needs!

Fellas at the counter were good to work with but after waiting over 2 weeks for a fuel line to be built from scratch, I still smell gas in my 2006 Commander. I hope the smell subsides.

*update : after several months we have had to take one of the cars back in, not for anything that they fixed originally. Again, we got quick, thorough service. Chris and Keegan had it diagnosed, parts in, and the car fixed up in 48 hours. Good job guys! 👍🏼 Jordan, Jason, and Chris have been amazing the last few months! Three family cars: one new to us old manual headed to college with my teen, needed to be in tip top shape. One new to us old Lincoln that needed a full going over. One trusty Subaru that's hitting 150k and needed TLC. The Subaru had a problem, threw 30 codes 🤦🏼‍♀️ these guys didn't give up on finding what was the real cause of the problem. They have gotten every piece fixed, even buffing out the headlights, and made sure my teen drivers are in safe cars that are running SO smooth!!! They've kept the cost down and haven't had us doing any "extras" or unnecessary bits. I appreciate all the time spent finding the root of the problems instead of just checking off the most common cause. All three cars are purring like kittens!!!

Unfortunately had to change my review of this place been taking my car here for over a year closer to 2. New person behind front counter. Had my tires rotated and on my way out of state to work tire light came on 10 lbs of pressure in drivers rear. 20 lbs of pressure in my passenger front. Nothing wrong with the tires other than I let Myers rotate them. When I called the guy I asked if they check pressure with rotation yes we do when i explained what happened the guy umm umm well umm you lost a good customer but they really didn't care. AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRES PRIOR. I keep my car very well maintained and the tires are about a year old and were bought brand new. I also bought them at myers. It's a shame places do not value their customers anymore
