We were traveling between Phoenix and Tucson on our way to Mexico when the check engine light came on. Being loyal Ford owners, we called both dealerships in Tucson to see if they could at least do a diagnostic test. Both told us they we’re too busy. I looked up mechanics and chose My Mechanic based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! Starting with Carl’s friendly phone personality and the fact that they fit us in at 8 the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us on the road by 11:45. If I lived anywhere near Tucson these guys would have my business for all our vehicles. Thanks guys!!! You were life savers.

Best mechanics is tucson I have one of those cars where it took a while to figure what was going on with her and she was there for months but I had faith in them. Just like I do with my car. I can't afford much because I'm the only one working and I have a mortgage to pay my husband is disabled but Chris has been my person through and through he knows I can't just go get new car he has worked with me through this all. They finally got her running normal. I thank all the guys thay had to put up with my car trying to figure out what's going on with her you guys all are a true blessing to me. I even tell my friends and family about them as well. And I'm telling you they are best in Tucson. So if anybody wants a true Mechanic take your car there because there the only place I trust and there prices are not bad. I will take my car there as long as I have her because I know the job will get done right. I can't express how happy I am with this place. I'm just happy my car is back home. Love you guys thank you again sorry if I said a lot.

The best mechanic I have found in Tucson all the people that work there are very polite and friendly and helpfull, and Carl the mechanic is the best employee so nice and honest he jumped up to turn my car around and backed up to the door for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I stumbled across this shop through a quick google search and have not been disappointed! They are great mechanics, attentive and always helpful. I haven’t been overcharged or talked into unneeded services unlike big brand chains. Additionally they offer a sick shuttle service to help get you to and from the mechanic after you drop your car off. An amazing place through and through

The owner and Albert, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with my car—far more than I ever expected. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel rushed. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind, which is rare to find. I went to My Mechanic for the first time yesterday and I will be using them going forward. Although the shop is small, the waiting area and restroom are clean. The owner and his staff were all nice and seemed very knowledgeable. They communicated well about my car and I didn't feel as though the prices were high.

We trust My Mechanic totally to care for our vehicles to keep our family safe. Their integrity is beyond reproach. We had our vehicle in for some extensive front end work. During their verification process of the work to be done, (who does that) they found not all the work needed to be accomplished!!! What! It went from a major part and expense to an o-ring. This saved us over $2000. Trust is the key word here. We will always use My Mechanic for all our vehicle maintenance.

They always do a great job, so kind and always honest with me. I never have to worry about them over charging me, or recommending things that are not in my best interest. Not easy to find business that won't take advantage of a girl that doesn't know anything. Carl did amazing checking everything to make sure I am ready for my next trip! Will never take my car anywhere else!

I have older vehicles (2004, 20013) and every time I bring my car in it is usually an emergency. My Mechanic always does a great job, usually saves me money and works with me to prioritize work I need vs work that can wait. They are kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable and always make me feel like I am one of their most important customers. I am a Christian and they make their small little office seem like a haven from the bustle and language of the world outside. The only negative I have is that they don't work on Harleys.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Everyone here at this shop abides by integrity and kindness. I have been taking my Subaru to them for about four years, for everything from routine maintenance to engine problems, and each time they are amazing! Their customer service people up front understand how important it is for you as the customer to be informed what’s going on with your vehicle and that you need it back ASAP. Their mechanics are meticulous and knowledgeable. I cannot say thank you enough to the team at My Mechanic and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

Really great shop! I was recommended to their services by a family member when my car's a/c stopped working. They had it all fixed within two days, and their prices were on the low end of what my mechanic friends predicted. When I had another issue with my car, they were quick to get me in and check things out. The staff are friendly and explained things clearly, and their online system made it easy to see their progress and understand their observations. Also, their location is nice: When I wanted to stay close so that I could pick up my car, I could just walk to and from the library down the street. Highly recommended!

Took my car in for an ac diagnostic got my car back and the cylinders were misfiring hard to believe it started having issues right after I handed my keys over and the mechanic who did my diagnostic didn’t mention the car was running like that to his supervisor just sent me on my way one of my belts is messed up now to just the way they went about the whole situation made them seem shady as all hell will never go back and do not recommend anyone else to go either communication goes a long way and to have your mechanic just disregard a clear issue and send me my vehicle back shows these people 1. Don’t care about their customers 2. Don’t care about their work. I had a friend talk you guys up and even he’s surprised at your service. Absolute joke.

We are new to Tucson. My wife looked everywhere to try and get headlight bulbs replaced in our vehicle. Everyone said they were booked up and she needed to schedule an appointment to get the job done. She stopped at My Mechanic, and she said Chris was super nice and changed out the headlight bulbs in like 20 minutes. She said he was super nice and happy; nice to everyone even in this extreme heat. We will definitely be taking all of our future business there and highly recommend that if you’re in Tucson and need vehicle maintenance and repairs go to My Mechanic Maintenance & Repair. Carl, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, offered me a same day appointment for a minor issue with my car. After a very pleasant experience, I am confident this is now my go to spot for any car maintenance in the future. I cannot recommend this business enough!

I went in to get my serpentine belt replaced because I tried and broke the belt. We had moved across the street and not knowing how reputable it was my wife looked up the reviews and it was 4.9. Having dealt with poor mechanics before it was hesitant but I figured this should be a quick and easy repair to see if they do a good job. Let me tell you they blew me away with how professional and comprehensive they were. They said they wouldn't be able to get in till Monday and it was Friday afternoon so I was fine with that. I had the car towed there and they called me the next day, Saturday, and said it was done. Prior to them cslling me I received photos of the car and they did a comprehensive walk through of what might need to fixed and how much they would charge along with a picture of what is wrong. They weren't pushy at all just extremely thurrow, competent and very customer oriented. I elected to just have the belt done for now. 5 stars all the way. I have never had a mechanic of than the dealership take such good care and diligence to make sure that I understood what might be wrong with the even if that is not what I came in for. They included pictures with every quote. This is for my new mechanic. "My Mechanic" all the way. Thank you so much.

I would definitely recommend My Mechanic Maintenance & Repair. They are honest, hard working, and reliable people. I see alot of comments about the price of services being high. Which is true. But my mom and dad taught me growing up you get what you pay for. Which is totally true. They make sure that the job is done the right way and they give you excellent service. As an added bonus they even include a courtesy shuttle or if a loaner car is available one of those! Great job Billy and The My Mechanic Crew! You guys are awesome!

This is the third vehicle my daughter, son, and his girlfriend have brought in. All 3 were completed on time and under budget. I dealt with Franklin, Carl, and Chris and all 3 were genuinely nice and honest fellas. I live out of state but this is the only place I plan on having my AZ family use in Tucson!!!
