I had the best experience possible at a repair shop. They are courteous, friendly, and have a very knowledgeable staff. They quickly evacuated my needs and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They are just the repair shop I had been looking for and have not been able to find in a very long time. Their service is top notch and their prices are competitive.

Came in today for a smog check. It was quick and easy. Time frames were accurate, and prices seem reasonable. Service was great; Lennette was lovely! Recommendations were given for services/maintenance I should get done, but I didn't feel pressure to do it, like I do at dealerships.

Took 6hrs for a 1.12hr diagnostic. I came in at 9 am and left to eat some breakfast cause Josh said it'd take an hour or 2. I returned at 10 am, and my car was still in the parking lot. Then I waited for an update and at 12:15 pm I had to ask for updates, Josh said they went for lunch and they finished lunch by 1 pm so I had to wait for an hour again. 1:30 pm, I went outside for some fresh air coz I was already frustrated about the wait and I checked my car, nobody was doing anything to my car til 2:15 pm! It's crazy that I had to wait for 6hrs just for a 1hr diagnostic. The owner or manager didn't even acknowledge me or ask. Sorry, I'm not coming back here.

January, 2025: MVR Auto Repair just prepped my car for the new year. Not only do I trust them caring for my van, they are all incredibly warm, honest and kind individuals; all of them. I must pass a dozen car repair shops, on my drive to them. They are well worth the driving distance, to receive tbeir gift: Peace of mind.

This business is not to be trusted. Went here when I was in town a couple months ago and had the worst experience. Ardi, I think the owner, is an extremely dishonest businessman and person. He was also very rude to me. I would absolutely not trust him and his team with your vehicle. I recommend instead going down the street to Sun auto service. That’s where I ended up going and they took care of me.

Would highly recommend MVR. Very honest when they didn't have to be. They could have made an easy $500 for repairs that didn't really need to be done. Instead they were honest with me and saved me the money. I'd go out of my way to support them in the future as well for repairs. Refreshing to meet someone honest in that business.

10/10 would recommend. Genuine, explained everything along with a detailed invoice and pictures, didn’t push me into unnecessary repairs etc…. They also called my buddy months after servicing their vehicle to let them know there was a recall on his engine — and the dealership he bought it from had no clue/told him to kick rocks. Saved him tons. I’ll be bringing my next car here and I’m a stickler about letting just anyone work on my vehicle

Despite not living in Nevada, this company treated us very well and we were very pleased with the high level of professional service we received from them. They gave us a fair price, provided daily progress updates throughout the process, finished the job on time, and did great work. I would absolutely use MVR again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop in the Las Vegas area. Thanks again Mel and Ardi for all your help!

I don't have the words to express my appreciation for Mel and Ardi at MVR Auto Repair. Living two states away, I needed help with my son's car, and they went above and beyond to assist us. From coordinating the repairs over the phone to taking care of everything in person when I arrived in Las Vegas, they were incredible. Mel made my husband and me feel like family and ensured the car was in great shape for its journey back to Texas. I never thought I’d leave a review of an auto shop, however that is just how GOOD this place was. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop if you live in the Las Vegas area! I was treated with respect and trust right off the bat after having a terrible experience with my dealership. My vehicle was in good hands when it had to stay overnight. They believe their customers even if they can’t immediately replicate the issue and they are honest with you about any cost. Sending you photos of the diagnostics and putting thorough detail on invoices. As an added bonus, they are funny, genuine people who are charismatic and remembered me each time I called! You can tell they are passionate about helping people. If I were not moving out of state, I would come back here over and over again!

They got my truck in to be looked at right away, told me about the issue at hand, and advised me on other services and parts my truck would need in the future. They kept me very informed and had me back on the road in a timely manner given the extensive amount of work I had done. Highly recommended

The best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Honest, sincere, truthful, caring, and fair. They kept me informed about each step of the major repair - replacing an engine, I was sent photos, text messages, calls, emails, and videos of damage. When it was time for the car to be picked up, I was shown the parts they took out and replaced including the engine. The reviews are fabulous, BBB rating is awesome. Mel, the right-hand woman to Ardi - was always in contact with us. She showed us the parts and explained. Chris was the technician/mechanic. thank you Ardi, we know where we will be bringing our vehicles for care.

Just moved back from AZ and needed a good shop for my Porsche. They were friendly and Pretty honest from the beginning. Not once did I get any shady vibes like most auto shops have. They made me feel really comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. Thank you 😊
