We have used Murphy Sunoco as well as through prior ownership for 30 years. Murphy Sunoco does a great job maintaining our vehicles. They know about all vehicle types ( domestic and foreign ) and they are up front and fair on their prices. The staff is friendly and they are convenient to about anywhere in the North Raleigh area. Just a great "old time" neighborhood service station.

5 stars all the way!! It's hard to find great customer service these days but these guys were top notch. They are honest and didn't overcharge for the work that needed to be done. Honestly I've brought 3 or 4 vehicles here over the years and they always have been super friendly and upfront and honest with everything. If they don't think they can fix something they will not push it but they have always been amazing and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. They even found me a charge unit for my I-phone to use while having my oil change done. This was my second oil change there, and I will definitely be back in February for my car inspection.

Finally found a reputable gas station with 93 octane E0 (Ethanol-free) gas. I only use Sunoco, Shell, and ExxonMobil in my vehicles and although I wish it were cheaper (20%-25% more per gallon), they always have Sunoco's 93 blend without Ethanol available. Also, they always have Sunoco 94 Octane E10 at a more standard price. Every once in a while I'll run a tank of that for the additional cleaning properties of the alcohol. Despite the premium, I'm glad to have a top tier 93 octane ethanol-free station to fill at, as most E0 gas in the area is only 87 or 89, and even if there's a 91 then I'm concerned about potential for knock. My cars V8/V10 engines don't take kindly to combustion problems and are used to 93 octane anyway.

I have had work done from engine repair to tires ..they have the best car detail price around hands down.. Their engine tech figured out the problem that our jeep had. After it went to the dealer . The dealer had no clue. The customer service relation is perfect. They deal with you on issues with your vehicle upfront. They answer any questions you may have. When I received the repair bill, I was blown away. It was 1/3 the cost I was expecting. It was so low I had a detail thrown on with it. Thank you to the crew at murphy sunoco.

I have used Murphy’s for the past several years for my NC State Vehicle Inspections. I am able to easily set up appointments by using their Facebook messenger app. The shop is extremely busy and they are not always in a position to answer the office phone line. Once you have your appointment they do a good job of expediting the state inspection service. They are the only gas station pumping the Sunoco 94 octane. Their non ethanol gas has definitely saved my Mini Cooper engine from expensive ethanol related issues.

Outstanding place they took care of my vehicle the way supposed to be, professional, honest and reliable... Wonderful guys helped me with my Honda Odyssey many issues, the service was fast and well done, specially Service Advisor Fred Factor, he went above and beyond, waiting for me even after hours to pick up my car.
