$20 for a flat?! Don’t go to this one. And the manager is like cheap huh? Like he knew, next time I go ima just drive off and get a free one on them.

I visited Murillos tire shop on Lyon at Springfield. My tire was low and I asked to get it checked. The guy took off the tire and put it back. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire and did not need to be repaired. He had to be told to put air in it. It was at 31 PSI. I was charged $10 just to take off my tire carried around the shop and back to my car. I told him $10 was ridiculous for doing nothing. The manager or whatever title he carries was sarcastic and rude about it and I just paid the $10 and left after I told him to at least put air in the tire since they had not done so. Later that day as I was traveling to San Antonio, the tires started to read low tire, 30 PSI then 26 psi. No stations were around to put air in the tire. I could have had a blowout or something. This was a very dangerous situation I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend this place at all. Next time I will go to Discount Tire where I know they provide excellent service. Discount Tire doesn’t even charge to fix a flat. If I could give Murillos Tire Shop NEGATIVE five stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one star.

Ase una semana me avian parchado la llanta en ese lugar pero la llanta se le seguia bajando el aire, y el viernes la lleve para que la checaran otra ves y me dijeron que era de el pivote que no tenia nada que ver con el parche que ellos le avian puesto, y pues me cobraron otra ves por lo que le hicieron, maneje como 5 cuadras y la llanta trono, hable para desirles y prepotentes me dijeron que no hicieron nada mal ellos que la llanta alomejor no servia, se supone que para eso la lleve pra que la checaran!!! Pesimo servicio y atencion al cliente
