Been there twice in the last month for service. Quality work at good prices. Also Dan (the Christmas light) man is so nice to deal with. Would totally recommend. This review was for last year's services. Went back yesterday (10-9-24). Service again was stellar. Dan is awesome, explains things and the prices are right. Trustworthy too. My fave place to bring my car. Totally would recommend.

I asked for a quote on a muffler. And never received one. And then I keep getting emails about doing business with this company. Was not sent to spam! Was not sent! Reply to the review is to somebody who does not understand how to operate an email address. Not to somebody builds computers so if you read the answer to the review. I then went back and checked my email and then I added this edit it was not sent. And I do not recommend anybody who gives me this answer because they are not willing to take responsibility for their work.

Muffler Man always takes excellent care of my car they're very honest what is wrong with the car and what can be fixed with that day‼️ Even when they're super busy they try their hardest to work me in knowing I only have one vehicle thank you guys appreciate you always being there 👍

I have taken my 2009 impala in for service twice in the past 3 months, once for mufflers and once for inoperative windshield wipers. This business is very honest, reasonable and thorough. Dan, and "Muffler Man, in Union lake, will have ALL my business in the future.

I have taken my vehicle twice to be serviced. Both times, the service was quick and affordable. The staff is transparent with what needs to be done, and the cost is discussed with you as well. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them if it ever needs to be serviced again.

Staff is very nice! My mom had work done on her car and the gentleman that helped us out explained everything, was very honest, and answered any and all questions we might have had. They made sure to get to her car in a timely manner. Definitely going here from now on, and really good prices! A good place to get your car fixed is hard to find, but highly recommend this place!

This business is 5 ⭐ all the way. American owned and operated took my jeep for exhaust repair not only did they give me a good price on services but got me in and finished within 3 hours plus oil change. Couldn't recommend more if your local to the area highly consider them. THANKS AGAIN GENTLEMAN THE COOKE'S

So thankful for this family owned shop! My daughter lives out of state and needed her car looked at before returning home. It was making a terrible sound. The staff here listened to the noise, diagnosed the problem and fixed it - all within a few hours. We felt confident allowing her to drive home the next day. The rate was reasonable too! Well known repair shop established many years. Two large bays for a small delivery van ..many shops have small bays .. this shop can handle a bigger vehicle . Hard working people run this business.
