Appointment was easy to make on line,timing was excellent,just go in and let them know when you arrive,seen within minutes. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Muffler Magic was recommended to me by a co-worker. Booking the appointment on line was very easy. I showed up for my appointment only to be told the guy who does the emission testing was on his break and would not be back for another 20 minutes. Initially, I was a tad bit upset because my appointment was in 10 minutes and I was on my 30 minute lunch break. However, after confirming my appointment I realize I was 40 minutes early from the time that I booked. But the guy assured me that the emission man would be calling me shortly. And he didn’t lie. A few minutes later I was asked to move my car into the garage. I was met by Eric who politely asked me to get out of my car. I was allowed to wait a few feet away. It was only a few minutes later when I was informed that my car had passed the emission test. This place was beyond accommodating. The service was above and beyond. And Eric was very professional and very polite. I have never tipped for an emission test. But I felt compelled to do so. My Spirit felt his humbleness when he realized I was giving him a tip. This was a great experience and I will be returning.

Messy, messy just run!!! Run, run, run do not get caught up in that mess!!! Their process is very messy!!! On this past Saturday, I had a bad experience once I arrived at the shop. I took the time out of my schedule to go online and make an appointment to save time because there were other errands to be made. But, once I got there on time my appointment time was not honored. He ask me to allow another person to go ahead of me because he was late. I stated to him that was not my problem. Twenty minutes later finally I was allowed in the garage for my emissions testing to learn that their credit card reader was not working. And, I would have to go to pick and save to pay and get my sticker. Once I arrived at pick and save I was told the staff that performed that task was not at work and no one else knew how to process payments for emissions. I went home and ended up going online to finish the emissions process. Now, the wait is numerous days before my sticker will be mailed to me!!! This location should not be used to process emissions testing not having proper equipment for processing payments.

Quick and efficient process. Scheduled online, arrived as planned and I was in and out in no time. No wait at all. The team was super polite and welcoming. If emissions testing is an indication of how they do their other services, I highly recommend the place.

Got some stuff repaired. Found out my tire was pumped up to 65psi. Will never use them again. Cause a box of donuts is gonna fix negligence.

Eric the technician continues to be efficient, pleasant and completed the work in record time. This is the 4th year in a row that Muffler Magic did emissions testing on our vehicle, and I highly recommend them. Making an appointment is easy and helpful and there was no wait time.

6th trip for emission testing there- great service and convenient appointment scheduling. Friendly staff as well- Earl is awesome!! Book your tests here!! 7th trip. Eric is very relaxed and friendly during the process. I was able to renew registration, receive printed copy for glovebox and place 2025 sticker on license plate before leaving- huge time saver.

People get mad when their cars fail emissions testing. Luckily they’re at a shop that will shoot straight on if it’s worth it or not. Very timely and fast service too.

After having trouble finding a place that still does emissions, I was happy to have this place recommended by a friend who had had a good experience. I also really liked the efficient reservation system, clear communications and the friendly staff members. However, the establish is very run down, unkempt and smelled like cigartte smoke. I wouldn't say it would keep me from recommending (because they did a fine and efficient job!), but I know that many of my friends would NOT like to go to place with such an unappealing atmosphere.

Had a great experience with muffle-magic I was there to have my power steering checked After further review it was noted that I was in need of a new power steering pump and hoses.. I was quoted the price and a time to come and get my car... everything went well I was able to pick up the car on time and off I went... Thank you for the repair and repairing my car in such a timely manner

I used Muffler Magic Complete Car Care to try to diagnose a simple issue with a hole and rattling sound in my muffler. Upon arrival I was greeted by Anthony who glared at me and I immediately felt degraded. The following service I received was beyond poor and actually made the problem with my car worse. My car now won’t start and several engine lights are on. Overall this place is unprofessional and poorly managed and I would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly never come back.
