Had them check my brakes. Free inspection didn't capture what I was looking for, but it did give me a starting point. So, we went ahead and did a brake line flush, a brake service, and a wheel balance. Everything came out great. I left with full confidence in the work and employees.

Have a 2021 Tundra. Bought new tires 1.5 years ago from Mr. Tire. I brought the car in for an oil change and normal NC inspection and they failed me because they said the tread was too worn on the side wall. In the inspection report they improperly stated the tread depth was worn on the inner, middle, and outer part of the tire which is absolutely false. Sad that they fail me on the inspection to try and sell me new tires. Will never buy tires from them again.

Herb and Scott both went above and beyond helping me figure out what was going on with my headlights and what I could do to fix them and I didn’t catch his name but I believe Jacob adjusted them for me. I appreciate everyone’s time and effort in giving me the best customer service. Great experience over all

I recently went here for wheel alignment service. I had purchased a Groupon to cover for the service While the team accepted to take care of things I was surprised to hear that they found additional problem with alignment and that ideally should have been covered within the alignment service however I was asked to pay more for additional labor. While I do not have expertise to challenge what they said to me that had to be done in addition I would expect if a car is running fine to be in a situation for their team to work on it and fix what is to be fixed within the agreed alignment service without charging extra.

Monday morning tire started making a weird sound, being new in NC I was freaking out but then I remembered there was a tire place near my apartment. I arrived before 8am and Scott provided me with excellent service, he was very professional and helpful. He took care of the problem quickly and I was able to start my day and go to work. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the excellent service.

On July 25th at 10AM I dropped my van off for an oil change appointment and waited in the lobby. After some time I heard a commotion and then the manager on duty called me to the bay. The lift my vehicle was on had broken causing the lift and vehicle to tilt to the passenger side. The staff were unable to get the vehicle down until a tech could come by to fix the lift and the only ETA was sometime that day. I took several photos and called for a ride home. Around 4PM Mr. Tire reached out to tell me that my vehicle was off the lift so I called for a ride back to the shop. Once there I took more photos of the vehicle then spoke to the manager on duty again. They were apologetic, comped the oil change, and assured me that the shop's insurance had been notified and was ready to make things right. I felt though that they were trying to downplay the incident. Even the paperwork lists the damage as just "small scratches on mirror". A few days later when I went to have my vehicle looked over by a body shop I realized that Mr. Tire never gave me their insurance or claim information. This should have been as simple as a single phone call to get things sorted. Instead I spent a week going back and forth with Mr. Tire trying to get what I needed. I would call asking for the insurance details, the shop would say it would check and call me back, they'd call me hours later saying they notified corporate or their district manager and I should expect a call in the next day or two, then after no one would reach out I'd go through the process again. On 8/2 around 10:45AM I called the shop once again and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I started to explain that I had been trying to get their insurance details for over a week but they still hadn't given it to me and no one had called me still from district management. The person on the phone heard me say that no one had called me and since they were one of the people I had spoken to earlier in the week they got defensive, cut me off, then began to accuse me of lying. I tried to finish my explanation as they talked over me. Then when I tried to explain the need for the insurance details to get the repair process started they cut me off again and insisted that I was wrong and didn't need the insurance details to work with a body shop. Less than 30 minutes before this call I had spoken with a third body shop that recommended waiting to get Mr. Tire's insurance details before scheduling to make sure that there would be no funny business. The call ended with the person from Mr. Tire saying they'd check on things and call me back. This did happen but it was much like before where they called several hours later talking about how they spoke to corporate and once again they didn't give me what I needed. Tired of dealing with Mr. Tire, I called the corporate number for the parent company, Monro, and spoke to an agent who promptly submitted a claim for me. As soon as the claim was filed the Monro agent gave me a claim number and the contact information for the Claims department. When I asked why Mr. Tire hadn't given me this same information the agent said that the shop should have done so. The next business day an agent from the insurance company for Monro, Travelers, called me and from there I was able to get my vehicle into a body shop. It's worth noting the corporate agent and insurance agent I spoke to supported my stance of waiting for insurance details before going to a body shop. Also, the "minor scratches" ended up costing nearly over $1800 to repair and one of the parts Mr. Tire damaged is on backorder with no ETA so several months later my vehicle is still not 100% fixed. I never did receive any further call from Mr. Tire or a district manager either. It's a shame because I have been coming to this shop for years and had they simply done the right thing from the start I wouldn't have a complaint. Accidents happen and I won't fault a business so long as they take care of their customers. It goes without saying that after my experience I will not be back.

Scott was great and very warming to talk to. He's a expert at helping me with my tire problem and I was relieved to have him help me out. My inlaws go there all the time but that was my first time. Was worth the trip and thankful to have them help me out.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to show gratitude to Scott for his help today. He truly went above and beyond to help me out! He was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. We weren’t able to resolve the issue today, but he took additional steps in the troubleshooting process which helped put my mind at ease with my car. That means a lot given my personal situation right now. Thank you so much, Scott!

I just have to say, I came here a year ago for tires & wasn’t impressed with the service so I haven’t been back. Tonight, I had a nail in my tire & went to them because they were closest & I was BLOWN AWAY by Scott and Herb (SP?) — they went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be back for all future car needs! Thank you guys!

The team at Mr. Tire was friendly, helpful, and priced things fairly. Herb took care of my alignment and tire balancing in a timely manner and with great service. Car maintenance is still an area of learning for me, and here, I didn’t feel talked down to or disrespected when I asked questions as I have other places. I want to thank Herb and everyone there for making a lady feel welcome.

Friday night I found a hole in my tire from a screw. I took my car in on Saturday morning. The staff was very helpful. Within a couple hours, they had my tire patched and I was on my way. When I need tire service, I'll be coming back!

Had an oil change appointment, got there and my car was in within 15 minutes. Very friendly people. They also checked a few others things for me that I didn’t know about. They recommended me to get them done asap to avoid any problems. They gave me quotes and also other more affordable options. Overall, great place to get an oil change.

Mike and Alex saved me from a very frustrating experience with Cardinal Auto Sales and their deceitful ways. I can’t thank these guys enough at Mr. tire for getting me in at the end of the day when I know they wanted to go home. They truly care about the safety of their customers. Scott is AWESOME! I had my son with me and he made my son feel welcomed & important. Talked a lot about hockey. They were slammed (on a Friday) and it was a bit of a wait but the customer service was AMAZING making it not feel as long. They are very detailed and what they are fixing or recommend. They give options to fit your budget.
