Dropped my truck off at 8:10am intending to pick it up at 5pm. I called at 5pm and they'd "just started working on it". Over an hour later and it's still not done. Back tires are still not on the truck. That's TEN HOURS, folks, and I had an appointment. And now they're not even picking up the phone. "We're short staffed" they say, but in that case, don't take appointment! I'll never bring any of my vehicles here again.

I had an excellent experience at the Ross Township location. Scheduling was a breeze, and the communication and punctuality were outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly. I especially want to thank Mike for his expertise and helpful recommendations. I will definitely be returning!

It is very hard to find a good service center. When someone has a bad experience, they tell everyone. If they have a good one they are much less likely to shout it from the rooftops, lest they have to wait longer for an appointment next time. This shop provides convenient hours (including weekends), gets you in quick, and has qualified staff to do the repairs you need and provide you with trustworthy advice on possible future needs so that you can make an informed decision. Mike and Jason take care of their customers to provide a level of service not frequently seen at chain shops. If you are looking for where to take your car, or where to send anyone you care about, send them to Mr. Tire on McKnight.

Dropped vehicle off for oil change and inspection on Saturday to be done by Monday at 3pm and my vehicle was not touched. I can't recomend

My 1st time. Made an apt late night for 4 tires. Next day I was followed up with and was out in under 90 minutes, 4 tires and alignment. Not to shabby fellas!

Faulty installation of my brake line resulted in a failed brake system. Their negligence almost cost my family our lives. We picked up the car that evening and headed out to NC. Drove through the mountains of WV with the brake line rubbing against the tire which burned a hole in the line and causes the fluid to leak out - resulting in NO BRAKES on the freeway! Thank God the result was not more tragic. Now, I’m being told that I’m likely liable for the cost to repair the broken switch on the back of my brake pedal - which probably broke off because I literally had to stand on the brake to stop the car when I realized I had no brakes exiting the freeway! I paid $1,800 for this headache. Never again!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Mr. Tire, on McKnight Road, for over 10 years. This is the only place I have taken my vehicles, for maintenance, since I have lived in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Jason and his entire team are wonderful! The most important thing to me, in a mechanic, is honesty. His entire team encompasses this. in addition, they always go above and beyond… I cannot recommend them enough!

Jason Burns takes the fear out of visiting a mechanic. I always get fair, dependable service, they are extremely budget friendly! So helpful in pointing out what should be done now and what can wait. I originally visited the location for an oil change but received such excellent and courteous service, they are now my go-to for all my vehicles needs. I also have recommended family and friends and no one has had a bad experience. Great service, reasonably priced and just plain great to deal with!
