Had a great experience here.. I came for a valve stem change and they gave me a new one and installed it for me. Did not even charge me a single dollar for the valve stem or the installation. 100% recommended and I will be back

After having my car for 5 hrs to do an inspection I had to call to see if my car was finished. I was told that they have not even begun working on my car because I had to get them the updated registration. Poor communication and such an inconvenience. They had my car since 1pm and I was contacted almost 3 hrs later that they did not have the updated registration. I provided the correct one but not once was I ever told that my car would not be serviced that day. If I never called them they would have never called me. Once I was told that they haven’t even started on my car at 6 pm it was suggested that they could start tonight and I could bring my car back later to finish. That was very unacceptable and a major inconvenience. The lack of communication was poor.

Never ever go get real work done meaning engine transmission or exhaust work they are completely useless at doing the real heavy work. They just want to do oil changes and tire changes. Never ever ever ever never use Mr. Tire. Especially the penn hills one.

Exceptional service with a smile. Jessica & Daron were great with informing me what they found on my older model car. I always say, " good communication skills are the root of all that is good." My last need for their services was 2 years ago and that time was also exceptional service. This store has a stellar legacy.

Amazing customer service and was easy to book an appointment over the phone. The people there are so nice and very knowledgeable. When I was there I needed some additional help after my tire installation and they were so accommodating they got me taken of that same day. I highly recommend Mr Tire and will be back for my future vehicle needs!

TL;DR: this shop showed me a great amount of kindness when I urgently needed a tire mounted. Spent a whole evening trying to find a shop that would do the simple task of mounting a tire I already had. Multiple other local shops—even the one I had an appointment with—declined to mount any “used” tire (the fact this was a near new take-off notwithstanding). After a ton of hunting, I walked up to this Mr. Tire as my last Hail Mary at 5:45pm—they immediately said yes and mounted my tire in 10 minutes flat. Other shops wouldn’t stop saying how much this tire would “fight” and be too hard to mount, etc etc. Here I got nothing but a smile and “happy to help!” To the two of you working the night of 12/20–I appreciate you both, and Merry Christmas!

The service at Mr.Tire on Rodi Rd is excellent. Everytime I’m in there they are trouble shooting car issues for people and they get appoints right then or when available. They are an awesome team and work well together. They stop what they are doing to answer customer questions.

Last evening my daughter got a flat tire. I went to help her and we put air in it and it held until we got to your shop on Rodi. We got there a few minutes after 7 pm and the young man at the counter was kind enough to take our info down. You handled her tire and also saw a possible coming problem. Pictures were taken to show the problem. Then today I ( her dad) went to pay and pick it up. The young woman at the counter was super kind and very informed. I do like to thank them as well as the workers who performed the work in the garage. As a dad I can't thank you enough.

Rodi location told me my turbo was bad. I told them to take it apart and clean it cuz it was just gummy. Apparently they don't like girls knowing things about cars. 🤷‍♀️

We got a flat on our way to camp and Mr. Tire was able to squeeze us in at the last minute. The people were all kind and professional and the price wasn’t bad either! Will be back when it’s time to replace them all.

They over charge everything. I need two new struts for my truck to pass inspection. They charged me a little over $1200. I bought the struts and had another auto shop installed them for me and I saved $500. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

This place tried charging me 1700.00 for ignition coils and spark plugs. I told them no and they called me back saying there was a mistake in the computer and that it would actually be 900.00. I told them no again. Seems very fishy. I went right across the street from them, with the parts I needed and got them installed for 150.00. I will never recommend anyone to go here.

This store is highly recommended. Great fast friendly service! Jess and her team at store 888 were top notch service! They were there to help me find and solve an issue. On top of that, they made me feel like family. Making sure me and my 5 children were not stranded as well as a speedy repair to my vehicle! Thanks Mr.Tire and the crew! I have used this store for over 2 decades and 11 cars between myself, daughter and dad. I recently made an appointment (Friday) for a simple inspection and was told by a NEW person that I could NOT WAIT in the WAITING ROOM (inspections only) no explanation for the service discrimination NOW because I had my TLX done January 5 and I was there start to finish. There are 2 stars for the previous managers who made me feel valued every single time. I canceled both appointments for my kid and myself. The kicker was another flyer was in my mailbox Saturday. Regional never returned my call.

Purchased a Groupon for $59.99 , scheduled an appt and when I arrived I was told that I would need to pay an additional $35. So I did not go forward and received a refund from Groupon. Just go to valvoline up the road for an oil change I purchased a groupon from them in the past and only had to pay $12 tax when I arrived and it’s instant no appt needed. Also, way better customer service, don’t waste your time here like me. They are a joke , that ain’t no damn discount
