Professional atmosphere with warm coffee and employees that treated me you like family. They explained my vehicles condition in terms I could understand and how to maintain my vehicle through preventative maintenance that would keep me and my family safe on the road.

The Manager, I think his name is Michael, was absolutely a sweetheart! Full of dad jokes and good vibes. The other employees were just as kindhearted! I was having a horrible day with my tire and they made my day so much better. Not only was I not there long due to the fast service, the environment was friendly, welcoming and safe. I will recommend everyone to come here not only for Great Customer Service, and fast service but for a good feeling of trust leaving there. Thanks Guys!

I had a horrible experience here, I had to wait 4.5 hrs for an oil change and they tried to charge me for work that wasn’t performed. I dropped off my car after selecting a drop off time online, which was my first mistake. I should have called instead because choosing a time online does not seem to correlate with their actual schedule. After asking the person at the front for an approximate time to return, she couldn’t give me an answer. I should have taken my car elsewhere at this point. I received a call later in the day not to tell me that my car was done but to suggest I buy a $250 battery, which is crazy high. The mechanic also suggested a $17 cabin air filter replacement which is also on the expensive side. I declined both and continued waiting for my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the person at the front did not confirm what work my car had done and told me my total was $439.70. I asked for her to please check the total because that cannot be correct for only an oil change. I wasn’t offered any real explanation, just that they must have charged me for the battery and filter. Whether or not it was an accident, those items should have never been added to my bill and the work performed plus the price should have been confirmed with me before asking me to check out. I am disappointed with the time wasted, poor communication, and being overcharged. I do not recommend this location or Mr. Tire in general.

I went to Mr. Tire earlier this week because the tire pressure sign kept showing up despite the tire pressure being OK. The car manual indicated it could be a serious issue. I explained the problem to Mike at Mr. Tire. Not only did he fix the problem right away but also did not charge me for it. What I appreciated most though was the fact that he took the time to patiently answer all the questions I asked. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Update: add a few more years to the length of time I have been a customer and still not a negative experience! I have been going to the Fox Mr. Tire for probably six years now and I won't go anywhere else. Very friendly, very thorough, and I feel like they care as much about my car as I do. Whether I am getting an oil change, tires, brakes, inspection, whatever, I can pull out onto the road and not have to worry about anything!

We had a nail in our tire, made it flat. Mr. Tire figured out the problem, quickly repaired the tire for $37. Employee was pleasant, helpful, polite.

While the dealer I bought my car from was giving me the run around, Mr. Tire went above and beyond to fix my tire. They were so busy and I didn’t have someone to pick me up so they gave me a good time to come back. They said it might take a while but they got it done pretty quickly. They were polite and fair, often times places treat women like we are too stupid to function & try to sell a million things I don’t need, but they didn’t do that! If you like no hassle and good service, go here!

They may not be the most affordable option, but they do good work and making an appointment online is easy. A few years ago, I had them do a state inspection and was quoted $1800 for repairs, which I found a bit high, so I ended up getting the work done elsewhere for $1200. Recently, I brought in another car for a state inspection, and they did the job well without any unnecessary charges.

I got a flat tire at work that was noticed around lunchtime and called to see if they would be able to replace it for me immediately. I was heading out for a weekend getaway with my kids immediately from work, so couldn't wait until later in the day to get it fixed. Rich was super friendly on the phone and said I could bring it right down. They were actually able to repair the tire, and got that done, my donut put back, and refilled my washer fluid for me in under 30 minutes. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I got a flat tire two days before my wedding. Not only did they repair it in record time but they have some of the best customer service I received in a long time! Especially Kim! Her kindness and sense of urgency made this very stressed out brides day so my better! I will definitely be coming here again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a flat tire, when I pulled in rhey were busy, but repaired my tire very quickly. Everyone was friendly and explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Price was wonderful. If I lived in the area, they would be my shop from now on.

new entry: June 2024 Mike and the team at Mr. Tire Fox Chapel are friendly, helpful, and honest, and are my go-to service center. A few days ago I woke to a dead battery, and am 100% sure that I left the headlights override on, so just called AAA for a jump. Then yesterday my car wouldn't start, so after a jump I went directly to Mr. Tire, where I had bought the battery several months ago. They took me immediately, checked all systems to make sure it wasn't anything more serious, got me a spanking new battery, and found the time for the maintenance check/oil change/and tire rotation I had scheduled for later in the week. I only paid for the oil change, of course. These guys are the best. You guys are the BEST. Fixed another garage's mistake for free, and I'm reminded why I should only ever come to you!
