Edited: I called the number left in the comment, and after 15 minutes of polite conversation and explanation was offered an apology and a $50 credit. They certainly did their best to make it right! Original 2 star review... Dropped my car off for new tires and an oil change. I realized on the way home I didn't get the oil change I asked for, and then a lug nut fell off a few days later. On replacing it and checking others, I found at least one that was very loose and may have come off soon. I've been here several times and never had poor work before now, but I'm disappointed.

I arrived on time to my appointment, and I had to wait over 10 mins before someone came to the front desk from outside. The guy who took care of me was the store manager I believe. He was initially rude and made it apparent that he wasn't happy with me or the next few clients for making online appointments. I was there for almost 2 hours for a nail in my tire and stayed in the waiting area, so I could hear his subsequent interactions. Even though I had scheduled an appointment, he told me it would be awhile before they got my car back and looked at because they were busy. He told the next client the same thing for another scheduled appointment. After I was there and my tire was taken care of, he loosened up and apologized. I guess I would recommend that if your business offers online appointments, then it would be prudent to check your calendar throughout the day for people adding on to the schedule or you should remove that option.

Called for price on removing and mounting purchased tires and was treated very rudely and told not interested, want to sell my tires, and hung up on me.

My Toyota Tundra needed 90k maintenance. The mechanics did a great job (better than experienced elsewhere). They were very practical and financially beneficial through the process. I will be back!

Always have had such great service here! Can’t say enough great things! I’ve gone here for a few years for basic maintenance to bigger issues. Never had an issue with price, efficiency and customer service! Highly recommend!

Advertising they plug tires. Made an appointment to have a tire plugged. After I arrived, the employee was so irritated that I needed a plug he refused to do it. Said that it was in an area that it couldn't be plugged. Then he ranted about hating plugging tires and he should remove it from the website. Next he handed me an estimate for $647 for 4 new tires. I left immediately. Horrible business Highly advise to find a different place.

Gave me options to choose from based on mileage warranty. Once I decided, they had the tires in stock and was completely done with replacement tires and alignment within 2-3 hours!! Very quick and professional!

Had a flat minutes before their closing time. Jim had me come in and replaced the tire. new tire went flat a few miles away.(tire was new and defective). called back, they were closed. Advised me to return at 730am. painstakingly went over the tire, wheel, and valve stem to fix the issue. Installed another brand new tire and valve stem. And sent me on my way—no charge. Stood behind their work in a professional friendly manner.

We were traveling through the area, got a screw in our tire. Called from about 10 miles away 30 minutes before they close. They were excellent! Unfortunately could not plug the tire due to where the screw was, but we were able to purchase a new one and they are currently putting new tire on. Fantastic customer service!

I was a walk in. My wife had a nail in her tire and I needed a new one to take back and throw on her car in a hurry. The tech had a new tire on the rim in less than 20 minutes, was super helpful and friendly as well.

Six, seven, eight stars. Had a piece of screwdriver lodged in my tire the morning of Fourth of July (don't ask how). Jim patched it within an hour and I still made the cookout. Life saver!!

Allow me to tow my car to the place to sit overnight until they could work on it the next day while closing up for memorial Day weekend holiday. Fixed it next day. Good prices too. Thanks guys
