I had a very good experience with Jax and his team for my flat tire. My tire could not be repaired, but I felt good about what they did my warranty and the price of a new tire, which is always an unexpected expense. Be prepared to wait a little, but I would recommend this store.

I was having some pressure issues with my tires and Jeff got the problem solved quickly and efficiently. What made the service particularly notable was that I needed to take my Dad to a doctor appointment and needed my Camry back quickly. Jeff kept his promise to have it back in enough time. Very impressed with the customer service and upbeat attitude here. Thanks guys!

My truck engine was failing me on the highway and I called Mr. Tire and spoke with Jax. He gave positive advice and led to my decision to make it there. Once I arrived, Jax and Jeff eased my nerves and gave me various options to repair my engine issue. The master mechanic began work and did an outstanding job. If I could rate this place with zero starts, I would do so without hesitation. This was the worst experience with my car that I have ever had. I entered this shop for a 2 pm appointment, I was not acknowledged until I had regained the man's attention for a third time. I had used a voucher on Groupon, and he would not allow me to give him the Redemption Code. He left me waiting until I finally had to call my parents in hopes that they would regain more respect. I was not surprised when he begin getting the information from my father so they can began the alignment on my vehicle. I was left waiting in the waiting area for almost three hours. I was not notified that my car had been finished. It was not until I had seen my vehicle placed in the original parking spot where I asked the man from before if they had began to work on my car. He responded with "yea, your car is done." as if I was notified at all. I am highly disappointed that places like this still exists. As an African-American young woman, I ask that everyone identical to me stay out of this shop.

I brought my vehicle to the establishment for a tire replacement. After leaving it in their care overnight, I discovered that my car had been left unlocked and some of my belongings were stolen. obtaining the necessary insurance details to recover my items has proven to be quite challenging due to their lack of cooperation.

I was traveling to charlotte NC and due to an obstruction on the highway i had two blown tires and i quickly called this location and the staff was pleasent and moved quickly on my behalf, i had my vehicle towed in and i came in a uber and upon my arrival my vehicle was already pulled in and working on! Such an awesome staff !

This Mr.Tire location 10/10 I highly recommend. The manager Jeff was very helpful from start to finish was very informative and communicative on all information was needed. Any questions I asked he answered very honest and truthfully and efforts to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Him and his staff showed Outstanding customer service especially for someone who is a manager in customer service it warmed my heart. Shout out to those gentlemen if anyone ever asks for a recommendation I’m telling them GO TO THE MR TIRE ON 401 N ELM ST!!

My wife and I have a vehicle with an expired registration and it needed several repairs to pass inspection. We got the repairs done and after spending $2,916.69, I am mostly ok with what we got done, but I am questioning whether I should look elsewhere for future service/repairs. The main problem I have is after reviewing the receipt, there are items never mentioned during the repair process that I am questioning. My wife was the one to pay, and she was not presented with an itemized receipt until after she paid, which is not unusual, but that would have also been a good time to review these charges. Perhaps it is our fault for not asking questions , but I feel like a better experience for people would be to be honest and disclose everything up front. In terms of the questionable charges, here is what I found: 1. 99$ computer diagnostic fee. I mentioned that I had gotten the codes using my own ODB2 device. They didn't ask for the codes and instead charged this fee. I understand this is probably a typical fee now at most mechanics but for such an expensive repair, I feel it should've been waived once we committed to the repairs. I would have also gladly given them the codes I had and taken the risk on whether them doing the repair would fix my check engine light as I know my device is accurate. The reason I even have this device is to avoid paying fees like this. 2. We got 4 new tires (buy 3 get 1 free), but the tires were priced at $153.99 each, and there was an additional $24.64 "Road Hazard Coverage" fee added on per tire (even the free one). From what I can tell, this fee should be optional but we weren't given a chance to opt out. Also, I would have much rather gone with a cheaper tire but wasn't give any pricing options, but I will admit I didn't ask. But regardless of that, I feel like we should have been given the option to opt out on the road hazard coverage which would have saved us nearly $100. 3. $39 shop supply fee. This fee was never disclosed, no details given other than a brief explanation on the receipt that says "This charge represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility and misc. shop supplies or waste disposal". I tried googling to see if this is a normal fee but I found no details and all I see are people complaining about it in reviews. It would be helpful to understand when and why this fee is charged and if its possible to avoid paying it. So all said, I know I have to live with the tires we purchased but I feel like I was charged nearly $240 dollars in unnecessary fees/extras that, to reiterate, were not disclosed or discussed at any point. This represents almost 10% of the total bill that I feel should be fully or partially refunded. I will see how the repairs old up in the coming days and if we have no issues, I may consider going back, but I (and you reading this should too) will make sure to get a full breakdown of what they are charging and why prior to agreeing to anything in the future. We arrived early for an oil change and tire rotation at Mr. Tire to set up an appointment for the work to be done. It took them at least 45mins to even begin starting work on our vehicles (after the appointment time they set). Then while waiting to put my information in for my vehicle, the man at the front desk was on some video call with someone with no regard to us standing there for 20mins waiting for him to even address us at all. After which it took them longer to do the first car sent in and less on the second one (my vehicle) for whatever reason that was. Then during the work they told me about some apparent "issues" they found and I told them I wouldnt worry about it now and Ill fix that at a later date. But decided to still put in a new oil plug because I they figured they can just tack on whatever work they want to do even though I said Id worry about it another day? After waiting for that it was finally done. Over with, great! Nope. Whoever was working on my car apparently decided to raid and ransack my console and glove compartment rummaging around for some reason even though there was nothing they needed inside of the vehicle at all for an oil change and tire rotation. Even had my migraine medicine out of its box laying in my passenger seat so Im guessing they just helped themselves to whatever was in my vehicle as additional payment for services rendered? Still determining if amything was stolen and needless to say I will never be returning to Mr. Tire for anything. I think Id rather learn how to become a full fledged mechanic before coming back here. Overall the experience was highly unprofessional, lackluster, and two trips in one. First and Last!
