This place is really good. The front desk staff are polite and friendly especially Eric. My car had issues in the past few months, the drive was not smooth so that’s why I switched to Mr Tire. The folks at Mr Tire were able to figure out the root cause of the issue and my car feels really smooth after the recent service at Mr Tire. Thank you guys.

Always quick and professional. They do more than just tires! I have a hyundai, and I get all of my manufacture’s maintenance checks done here! I’ve also had them do my head light replacements. Great service and great prices! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at this location. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I had my three year old with me and they were able to put on some cartoons for him while we waited. The service was quick and I would definitely come back again.

My experience at the Merrifield location in Virginia was great. The service team took great care of my vehicle and I can tell they went the extra mile. I highly recommend this location for your vehicle maintenance needs if applicable.

I have been dealing with Mr. Tire in Merrifield for about 10 years with five different vehicles. They are competitive both on new tires and service. The managers Eric and Michael listen carefully, explain things well and give options to the customer. They are a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend them. Keep up the good work. Bill T. Do not go there. Their rating is fake. I lost my mind when I see my tire order was switched from good year to some other unknown brand. They did a horrible job. So I have no other way to defend but I can defend you from being next victim. I bet they come here in the comment section replying like they care.

I came in on a tow truck with 2 flats the day after getting new tires and rims from another shop. Eric noticed an error in the install of my valve stems. Instead of gouging me with new tires, he went outside and fixed the issue on the spot and sent me on my way. Excellent honestly and customer service, Eric. Much appreciated. This is why I’ve remained a long time customer. Note: Got both tires replace from the original install and a partial refund for the error.

I have offroad vehicles and sometimes need to change the tires from one to another that I store in my garage. This business in the past had no problem with me bringing used tires but has changed their policy to disallow any and all used tired. I won’t be bringing ANY business to Mr. Tire from here out.

The valve on my trailer wheel suddenly started leaking air at the rim. It was about 5:45pm when I noticed. I started calling around as I noticed most places close at 7pm. Five tire repair locations closer to me said they couldn't get the valve replaced before they close, which is understandable, but I crossed my fingers and continued down the list. When I called this Mr. Tire location, I could tell he looked at the clock when I asked if it was something they could squeeze in. "Uhhhh...yeah, I think that's something we can do for you still." I was so relieved. Loaded the wheel up, headed over in rainy rush hour traffic from Falls Church and arrived around 6:30 to a store that was clearly preparing to close and only had one person on staff manning the counter. He realized it was me who had called, gladly took the wheel off my hands and went into the service area. I could see he did the work himself, promptly returned with a wheel that was ready to roll and said "Sorry about your luck, this one's on me!" Needless to say I was beyond appreciative. I run a small business and offer up small acts of kindness from time to time as well, but given the circumstances, this felt above and beyond. I'll certainly be heading back for other tire repairs in the future, despite the added drive.

This shop is great! Super quick service on my TPMS light reset, and they've rebalanced and plugged flats on my truck in the past with fast service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend this shop!

Came by two weeks ago and it was super busy, but my entire experience went well because of an employee named Daniel G. Came in for an oil change but I felt like the manager was taking advantage of the fact that I didn’t understand that much about cars and pushing tire sales without explaining. I was getting frustrated that he kept dismissing my concerns and talking over me to tell me I need tires and that was when an employee who had witnessed the entire thing stepped outside so I went to talk to him and get his opinion - his name was Daniel and he made everything better. Daniel explained the importance of tire rotation and explained the uneven wear and answered every question and objection I had. He was empathetic to my situation when i told him I couldn’t afford 4 tires and recommended me some alternatives and then proceeded to explain the differences between tire types and so forth. I ended up purchasing tires because Daniel really took the time despite being very backed up and busy, he took the time to educate me about my purchase and really made me comfortable knowing that he was doing the work since he was so knowledgeable about his trade.. While waiting for my car I witnessed similar scenarios with impatient or angry or frustrated customers, and each time Daniel came and went above and beyond to win their business and regain order and ensure business would run smoothly - he made it look so easy, I would have thought that he ran the place. Upon completion of my vehicle I went to shake Daniel’s hand and attempted to give him a $50 tip for taking the extra time and effort to explain to me and answer all my questions - Daniel took one look at the money and gave it right back to me and said “sir, I would do that for any customer” and refused to accept my tip. Tires plus nearly lost me as a customer, but Daniel has made me a life long customer same like I witnessed him so for many other customers that day. Great job!

Got two of my tires replaced here. They did the service right away, the people here were very nice had a good attitude seemed like they know what they were doing. Cost me almost $500 which I think is a little expensive but I’m not an expert on this stuff so I’m really not sure. Overall service was good.

I hardly write a review. But, I needed it this time. 3days in a row, I took 2 company's cars to Mr.Tire. Eric was so helpful taking the time patiently with so many questions I had and to make sure that take a good care of them and meet all our need. Thank you, Eric and Mr. Tire teams for working smart and in timely manner. (I might need to start bringing my personal vehicle to this shop)

I was on a road trip in May when my check oil light unexpectantly came on. I did a quick Google map search for somewhere in the immediate area that could help. I came here and was met with quick and friendly service. I was able to have my oil topped off and go on about my business in just minutes. What started as a stressful event on an already challenging day was made a bit easier by the service of this shop. Thanks!

I recently had tires installed at this location and had a great experience. Eric greeted me when I arrived and got me checked in right away. He also very helpfully assessed that I could use a wheel alignment, which I appreciated. My tires were installed within an hour of me arriving. I would definitely recommend this shop and will keep them in mind for any future maintenance/tire needs!

After taking my car to a Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, they stripped 1 lug nut. So, I brought my Subaru to this Mr. TIre location and was shown all of the damage caused by Jiffy Lube- 5 lug nuts and 3 struts stripped/damaged. Eric, the manager, was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get the parts and fix my vehicle. He treated me like family and assured me that I would be safe on the road. Peace of mind is priceless! I would highly recommend getting your vehicle taken care of here.

Last year I came here to help with my tire. I had called around to other places and chose Mr. Tire due to the reasonable pricing. I came back this year and had my safety inspection done along with a couple of other things that needed attention. The customer service is amazing as I never felt hassled to get additional things done or pressured. The sale person was very professional and polite in explaining everything in great detail which I appreciate!

Fantastic spot to have your car serviced. I neglected a lot of service on my Toyota for awhile. I took my Corolla here and Eric took care of me. Please choose this place for your needs, it's truly a hidden gem with top notch customer service and larger than life characters.
