I have been here a few times, and everytime it's been a great experience. They are quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. I came in with an EVP issue, which no mechanic was able to identify before then, and they did it in the first visit. Marij was able to help diagnose and brainstorm solutions, which is a quality hard to find at most mechanics. I mean they are fairly busy, but they have a decent pace. Like I said though, Marij is the man to go to, he knows a lot, is super friendly, and is just the right amount of bossy to get everyone hustling!

This is the only place I will come to get my oil changed in Northern virginia! Mo, Wasim, and Marij are such great people to work with and are honest and friendly. I came to Mr. Tire Auto for a long time with three different cars! They always have been top notch in their service! Mr. Waseem always takes care of me well and his partner! Avoid Mr. Tyre – Rip-Off Alert! I went to Mr. Tyre last week for an oil change, and I feel completely ripped off. Here’s why: 1️⃣ Deceptive Groupon Policy: They claimed to accept Groupon, so I bought a synthetic blend oil change. Once I arrived, they told me my car only takes full synthetic oil, which I found suspicious because I’ve been using synthetic blend at other service centers for over five years! They clearly just wanted to upsell, and I had to pay an extra $20 on top of my Groupon. 2️⃣ Hidden Fees: They added another $20+ in service fees, disposal charges, etc., which were nowhere mentioned upfront. Completely misleading! 3️⃣ Unnecessary Upselling & False Claims: They pushed hard to sell me new tires, even though my tires were recently inspected elsewhere and were perfectly fine. Worse, they refused to rotate my tires, claiming that doing so would "damage them"—which makes no sense! 4️⃣ Fake Rebate Program: The coupon mentions a rebate, but when I asked about it, they just told me to "contact Groupon" and acted like they were mad at Groupon. Clearly, they are using this as a bait-and-switch tactic. I was in a rush and ended up paying almost $100 just for an oil change! The service here is a scam, and they’ll do anything to squeeze more money out of you. Save yourself the frustration—go somewhere else!

Worse Tire Place In Fairfax Went to fix a tire and they ending up doing another tire. And when u ask them why u change that tire they just couldn’t answer. They don’t have no clue what they doing. Never ever again will go there don’t recommend no body to go there they a bunch of scammers.

Horrible experience saw my tire flat and the guy decided to take advantage so he quoted the new tire for 220$ plus 150$ install fees absolutely taking advantage of someone who is desperate . He even wanted to install the spare tire for 75$ since I don’t have the tools. Escape from here and run run away

I bought 4 tires from mr tire 5 months ago, they were like 280$ each, and later when i was driving one of the tire’s sidewall just blew suddenly, i didn’t hit any bump or debris. When i went and checked at mr tire for my warranty they did not confirm anything with me just went ahead and ordered new tire and replaced it. At the end they were asking me to pay 340$ for the tire which they didn’t even take my consent before ordering and want me to pay for it. Its all a big scam. I would definitely avoid going to this store.

I called the shop and confirmed the address, made an appointment for Tesla tire service, and was told it would take about 45 minutes. I visited on the day of the appointment, but the rude employee said there were no appointments and that it would take 3 hours. I can understand the mistake of missing the appointment, but the employee's rude tone and behavior made me not want to visit again.

The shop receptionist behavior was very bad. I did my car’s wheel alignment but the problem wasn’t solved. When I went after a day that the problem still exists then the receptionist told me that their service is like that and I will have to pay again to take the service. Pathetic service. Don’t recommend anyone to go there

These guys at the 9566 Blenheim Blvd location are amazing. 10 out of 10. Waseem (Manager) and his team of technitians know their stuff and have done a wonderful job with my truck recently, and my Prius and Odyssey in the past. Pricing is spot-on, and the quality of the work is superb. You get experts who care here.

🚨 “SCAM ALERT! RUN AWAY FASTER THAN A FLAT TIRE CAN DEFLATE!” 🚨 I went to this so-called “Mr. Tire” expecting a simple tire change for my 2019 Lexus, but instead, I found myself starring in a live-action scam documentary. The main character? An incredibly rude Indian guy who must think tires are made out of pure gold. He told me the price for the tire was $430 (seriously?!) plus an additional $150 for installation. That’s $580 to do what any other shop does for a fraction of the price! He treated me like I was bothering him just by existing, and to top it off, the two other guys there were about as useful as a square tire. No help, no smiles, no professionalism—just a big “why are you even here” vibe. Luckily, I left and found another shop where they changed my tire for $250, installation included, AND threw in a free tire rotation! Talk about a win. Moral of the story: avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy getting ripped off and insulted while you’re at it. The only thing inflated here is their ego—and their prices. ✌️

I had a screw in my tire. Mr. Marij Ahmed helped to take a look. They removed the screw and checked to make sure there was no air leaking. Because the screw didn't pierce the inner tube, they did not charge us a penny. Very pleased with their service!

Tech was late, when he arrived he said aloud that he did not care about my tire needing to be fix. Bad customer service and to their prices are way up. They took about an hour and half just to change my tire. If I could give them a 0 start review I would.

Tried to rip me off and get me to pay over $1000 for an issue that didn’t exist. I took it to a local mechanic who told me my car was fine. Huge waste of time and money. Don’t go here.
