DO NOT COME HERE. They had a disconnected number posted. Finally found the one that is active, when I called they quoted my make and model $112 for ONE TIRE. I said that’s fine. I come and they say I must leave my car, once I come back the price inflates to nearly $200!!! ($185). They said it “was a misquote but the work is already done and an alignment + disposal of the tire was added and must be paid for”. Completely shady transaction, don’t trust it won’t happen to you - an accidental misquote and more work done than requested.

I took my van to Mr. Tire at 10:30 am to get 4 tires and an alignment. I picked it up at 6:55 pm and they hadn't done anything even though they told me that they were working on it that afternoon. I took it to Hogan and Son the next day and had all the work done and more.

I pre paid for an oil change and wheel rotation. They charged me 20 extra dollars and did not rotate my tires. I asked them if they did rotate my tires and they lied and said they did. Eventually they admitted they had not rotated them and had me bring it back the next day. When they were rotating the tires they got grease all over my rear window. If you are in northern Virginia, Bingo Tire is more honest.

I scheduled an appointment at Mr. Tire #596 for 11:00 AM to have new tires put on my car. I showed up on time, only to wait until 1:00 PM before they even looked at my vehicle. At that point, I was told they couldn’t proceed because I was “missing a tire lock tool.” I showed them a simple YouTube hack to remove the lock, but they must have refused to try it. Determined to get this done before an impending snowstorm, I went to a dealership, picked up the required tool, and returned by 2:20 PM. You’d think I’d be taken care of quickly, right? Wrong. I then sat for nearly two more hours waiting for my car to be taken in. Why? Because the technician was on an extended lunch break. By 4:00 PM, my car was finally pulled in. I didn’t leave the shop until 5:30 PM — more than 6 hours after my scheduled appointment and only half an hour before they closed! Meanwhile, several customers came and went during my wait. Apparently, my time wasn’t as valuable as theirs. When I asked for an ETA during the wait, I was repeatedly told the technician was still on their break. After an hour of waiting on a “lunch” break, you start to wonder if the technician is on lunch or a vacation. At checkout, I asked for a discount for this unacceptable experience. All I received was $19 off a $227 bill - an insulting 8% discount and pitiful attempt to make up for a wasted day and the complete disregard for my time. Do yourself a favor: find another shop. Mr. Tire #596 doesn’t deserve your time, money, or patience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!! They charged me $110.58 for a diagnostic after they made up several things that were wrong with my car when there was only one problem, which made the diagnostic more expensive. And they were gonna rob me of 1,732.44 for the car parts pretending to put them in my vehicle and fix the so called "issues". I know this because I took my car to another garage afterwards and it was only one problem with the belt, and it was way less that $1,732.

Shah (Manager) and Master Mechanic Charlie take care of all my family’s cars. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and quite reasonable always pleasant and informative. From Acura to Porsche Charlie stays up on all the technical bulletins and isn't afraid to chat and answer any questions or concerns. When you find a good shop with people you trust you don't forget them. I will continue to have my cars worked on (tires, shocks, struts, tune ups or major repairs) not a problem for these folks! Thanks guys!

I stopped in on Sunday to get my car checked out. I had to wait a little bit which is certainly understandable but they were able to take a look and let me know what the issue is. I would certainly consider coming here again in the future.

I had a tire issue this morning and called in and spoke to Juan. He was extremely kind over the phone and told me to come right in. When I arrived he quickly assessed and fixed the issue. It was a great experience throughout and I will definitely be returning and hopefully getting Juan's help again!

Summary: Rip Off pricing and complete incompetence. Details: The only possible way this Mr. Tire location could receive positive reviews is if the customers writing the positive reviews never went to another tire company and knew nothing about basic tire installation. Before getting into the details, I literally have the receipts to back up my assertion that this Mr. Tire location is going to rip you off and put you at risk. There are three attachments to this review. The Mr. Tire invoice for two Honda Civic tires I have from when my son (first time taking a car in for tires) went in to see about repairing a tire with a leak; a summary invoice from when I had four new tires installed on a Honda CRV; and the picture to show where the new tires from Mr. Tire were installed *despite me specifically telling the manager where to install them*. If you look at the Mr. Tire invoice there is a charge for $110 to deal with my son losing his lug nut key. Subtracting $110 from the $571 total leaves $461 spent on just 2 generic brand tires for a passenger car. The Mavis invoice shows $446 spent on 4 generic tires for an SUV. How did Mr. Tire justify the high cost? You can see on their invoice they charged $100 for a "computer diagnostic service", and there is no such charge on the Mavis invoice. Mr. Tire charged $32 for "shop fees", which Mavis doesn't do. It is a completely unnecessary charge as is the CDS. Mavis charges $20 per tire to balance and install, Mr. Tire charges $32.50. There is simply no justification for these charges. As to the incompetence part of this review, you can see the two new Nexum tires installed on the front of the car. It is a basic safety rule that when installing only 2 tires the newest tires go on the rear wheels. This prevents fishtailing, which can lead to accidents. I specifically told the manager to install the new tires in the rear. He acted insulted that I would try and tell him how to do his job. Obviously, he has a lot to learn about tire installation. He is, however, a master in padding invoices with extra needless charges. In closing, I can only warn you that if you want to avoid being scammed and risking your safety, AVOID THIS MR. TIRE STORE!!!! ADDED: I saw the bland reply from the store owner saying they would learn from my review. Not "Bring the car back in and let us fix the tire installation we botched up". Not "We will issue a refund / give you credit for the unnecessary CDS charge to look at fixing a leaky tire". Basic customer service steps that would have been seen as truly learning from the review and impressed someone reading the response that the owner really cared about the customers.

Gave me bad tires, didn’t even last a full year. Changed all four tires with them, but there was a problem with one of my back tires. I didn’t hit anything, no accidents, nothing. Manager told me to come in, only to tell me they can’t do anything to help.

The details were many, full of incompetence at best and literally tried to get me to crash my car at worst by letting me leave with loose lug nuts after a conflict around price. They upsold me like I was an old lady in a nursing home and the total was twice what their system “quoted” and that included the installation charge

Had a emergency with a VERY low tire and Adnan was awesome. I had been trying to put air into all four tires and succeeded fine with three, but the fourth wouldnt seal with the pump. After a couple attempts of just air leaving the tire, I had to call it quits and try to find professional help ... on a Sunday. Spoke with Adnan and he got it squared away in about 5secs! Outstanding service!!

Had an awesome experience getting my tires and oil change done here! YG was fantastic—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He explained the process to me in a way that was easy to understand, and his friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. The service was quick, and I felt like my car was in great hands. I really appreciate the attention to detail and customer care YG provided. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get to work with YG!

They are not good to me. My tire just been hole with nail. They didn’t try to fix they just replace my tire. If I can drive my car I won’t replace my tire. They know I can’t drive for this they charge me replace tire price.

Tires were great. Mechanic was great. Person at the front (or someone) stole my mother’s CC info. It’s a card that’s rarely used and the only place in months it was used was at Mr. Tire. She called in to purchase the tires on my behalf. A day or two later someone ran 2 “test” charges for $5.00 each then tried to spend $1300 to which the bank said uhhh no and froze the card and contacted my mother. I hate a thief.

My previous inspection place i used for 20 yeaars until I moved to VA.I found this location while visiting my sister. I drive from Chesapeake to get my inspection done here because I trust Charlie the mechanic. He always take the time to explain if some thing is wrong. Juan is also great on the front side of customer service. I would recommend if they are both working there.

I was in a bind looking for four new tires for my older Volvo. Juan was super helpful, kind and professional. He had my new tires on my car the same day I came in, which was a lifesaver! I highly recommend this place!
