Great service and communication. Very friendly, knowledgeable and do not come off as salesman. I stopped in after getting a tire puncture without and appointment or call ahead. I was in and out within an hour with new tires. I was probably lucky in what time I arrived but still they could have made me wait and didn't. They jumped right in to assist me. Grateful for their team, experience and customer service focus!

So I got to say this place is top-notch and it’s manager. Glenn is awesome.. I can say that because I just brought in my third vehicle here in the last three days for oil changes and tires . With winter it’s time to get some business taken care of on the old vehicles and this place makes it easy.. Easily located in the Luis Polaris area I’m pretty easy access.. These guys are great about taking an appointment and keep you on track or squeezing you in between appointments . In my case, I had three drop fortunately they were able to work in within just a few minutes.. This place is clean, fast efficient, and they treat you with respect because they’re very customer friendly . I’ve taken my vehicles to a lot of different places and I gotta say this is top-tier top shelf .

I recently went to Mr.Tire at Pulsar Dr.in Columbus, Ohio. I got an appointment immediately to get air in my tires, inspect all my tires. and a tire rotation. I told him that a few weeks ago, I got air put in all the tires and the right rear tire needed more than the other tires, so I wanted them to really look at it. Glen called me and said that tire had a leak by the rim. He also said I needed to replace the front shocks/strus since the front tires are showing some wear. I told him, since they are so expensive, I wasn’t going to replace them at this time. They repaired the leak in my right rear tire, tire rotation, balanced the tires and put air I my tires.It was all covered under the package I bought when I bought all 4 new tires there.Glen (manager) is so kind. I remember him from the previous time I had service done on my car. I have gone to this Mr. Tire several times when I lived in Columbus, Ohio and I still drive 2 hours here to get my car serviced here. I trust them to take good care of my car and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Wanted some air in my tires but this bald guy working there was very rude and asked me to wait 30 mins for some air. Do you think I would come back for new tires? Definitely no. Went across the street Firestone and the guy hooked me up right away even tho they were busier than this place.

Couldn’t loosen one of the bolts or clearly explain why. Started to take me back to show me but then said never mind they couldn’t put my car back up. Also they had 3 tires in back to show me but the really bad one was gone, makes me wonder if I only really needed 1 tire replaced. Basically I just got the vibe that it didn’t bother them that they couldn’t get the job done. A few years ago they rotated my tire and the axle apparently broke when they lowered the car down. So 2 straight jobs where something went wrong and they seemed more concerned with avoiding blame then making it right.

Please be careful when visiting this establishment. The man working that day tried to have me buy a whole new tire for just a slow leak/small nail. I had a slow leak in my front driver side tire. Came in on Labor Day to get it patched. The man told me that my tire treads were terrible that he could not patch it and would need to replace the tire. I decided that he was wrong because my tires are only a year old and it was only a small nail/leak. I took it elsewhere and they were able to patch it up! Said my tire treads were just fine. Side note: while i was in the shop waiting for him to take a look at my tire, a couple came in and said that they were just in and the other man working had put their donut tire back on their car instead of the brand new tire.

Had a flat tire while traveling 500 miles from home. The tire was unrepairable so needed a replacement tire. Glen at Mr Tire worked with me as my other tires only had 28,000 miles on them. My vehicle required replacing at least two tires. Glen gave me options and was able to get tires on a Saturday delivered from their warehouse. Highly recommend.

this place is a waste of time. so I have a flat tire from yesterday night. and I make an appointment online and it's also shows that there is a tire that's available that's going to be installed for $116 including installation . so my appointment is from midnight yesterday 12:30 circa and my appointment is for today at 2:00 p.m. approximately. I arrived at their store keep in mind they do know that I have an appointment available was that tire that I am looking for.. however when I walk inside the cheapest option that I'm coded is $176 plus installation which is going to cost me about $100 more for just one tire. dude either get better software support for your website or make better arrangements to have a tire ready and available for your customer that has made a reservation 14 hours in advance
