There is an employee that was ready to fight me after I told them that I didn’t want anyone to drive my car off the property. It was completely unprovoked just lost his mind started cussing at me and told me not to come back. I already called the 1-800 corporate number to complain There is no reason for him to have a job after this. In response to the owner, you need to do something about Louis the mechanic that works there this is completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

August 2024 - This place saved the day for me! I had a flat tire emergency. AAA put on the spare, but warned me not to drive far or on the freeway with it. This was a problem because I needed to be at work the next morning for an important meeting. It was 6:00 PM, and I drove on the spare to Mr. Tire, because it was close by, but never having been there before. The lead technician was able to patch the tire, and get me on my way within an hour. I was charged fairly for the service, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service - particularly at an hour that other shops were closed for the day. January 2025 - A positive update to this review: Saturday morning, middle of winter: My tire pressure light comes on. I suspect it's from the cold. I again go to Mr. Tire. Didn't call first; just showed up. And they were busy. But they quickly checked my tire, confirmed my suspicion that there was no damage to the tire, put air in it, and sent me on my way. No charge. Really happy to have this place in my neighborhood.

I’ve been going to Mr. tire for a long time but I won’t be going back. In August, I went to repair part of the exhaust. The mechanic told me a completely different price than the manager. The mechanic hit on me which made me uncomfortable. But within days, I had to go back because a bracket for the fix fell off. I wanted to avoid going back after than and when my engine light turned on (emissions issue), I went somewhere else but they told me to go back to Mr. tire because we thought there was an issue with the fix that Mr tire had done. I went back to Mr tire and they said a different part of my exhaust system needed repair. They told me to buy a $250 part off of eBay and we’ll be good to go. In the meantime, they tell me I should fix my brakes. They didn’t give me a quote over the phone and so I said yes. When I go to pickup my car, the quote was $1,200. I get the part from eBay and go back. Now I get told I bought the wrong part and it’s actually a 3,000 fix. I can’t pass my E-Check without this fix and it’s a day before I need to update my registration. If they had told me that I needed a 3,000 fix, I would have not have spent the 1,200 plus the 250 for the part instead, I would have put that towards a new car. I’m out 1450 because of them since a new car would be a better investment. The manager would not listen to me when I tried to explain why I was upset.

I won't be back. Service was completed but lack of attention to detail will have me scheduling service at a different place. Update - I called customer service and still don't have an accurate receipt for the service performed. Lowered rating to 2 stars! This company is a joke, I'm not sure why Goodyear has them listed as a place to use?! I'm sticking with my mechanic I've always used. Heading to my mechanic to double check the work performed since the receipt is for a GMC Terrain and the alignment result is for a Honda Pilot... My car is not either of those! How do you screw that up?!

Wonderful customer service and reasonable prices. As a woman with no car knowledge, I didn’t feel dumb asking questions and never felt like I was getting scammed or over charged. I will be back to this location for my next service needs. Thank you Jacob and team!!

Jacob and his team did a fantastic job. I called all over to see who could help fix my brakes same day, and everyone i tried contacting besides Jacob said they couldn't do it. He gave prompt communication and was thorough throughout the entire process, while doing a great job. Highly Recommend!

This place is very welcoming, nice and professional people working there! I stop there with no appointment, to ask for a front wheel alignment for my 2011 Nissan Rogue. The shop was fairly busy at that time, but they take my car in an did the job in less than 50 minutes! I highly recommend this place at 16420 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH, 44111.

I had a screw in my tire and took it to this location and they were speedy getting me taken care of. I would recommend going here for a tire plug.

Jacob and his team were great with my car and informing me of what the issue was. One of my tire sensors broke during the repair and they fixed it for no additional cost- when usually it would be over $100. So grateful to have them close by! HIGHLY recommend!

This place is the best they do great work and care about the customers I take my car there a lot wouldn’t go anywhere else unless they can’t do the work my car needs like electrical issues

Daniel mounted and balanced tires for my 1969 Chevelle (which I bought new). He took such meticulous care and skill doing so to ensure the correct and safe fit for my car. Edit:I am happy to report the new management at the Lorain Rd location made it right.... Im a happy camper right now. Got an exhaust system from them less than 2 years ago and already it's falling apart. Have to believe they use cheap parts for it to fall apart less than 2 years later.

I had been in town from out of state to visit friends and realized my muffler was hanging as I was loading my car up to go home. These guys agreed to do a quick spot weld to get me on the road and back to my home mechanic instead of trying to upsell me into a full repair. I really appreciated their kindness and honesty when I was in an unexpected and stressful situation.

Just bought my second pair of tires from Mr Tire. Got home found my pressure light to still be on. Called Mr Tire to let them know and they said to drive 30 miles and the light will go off. I drove to the gas station to check my tire pressure two were normal at 35 one was 47 and one tire was 26. Put the correct amount of air in them light is off. Call to let them know and did not even receive an apology. Poor service .
